Մարդու իրավունքները վտանգված են ամբողջ աշխարհում․ ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար

Մարդու իրավունքները խախտվում են ամբողջ աշխարհում, զգուշացրել է ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Անտոնիո Գուտերեշը՝ նշելով միջազգային իրավունքի լայնածավալ խախտումները և Սուդանում, Գազայում և Ուկրաինայում տեղի ունեցող հակամարտությունների ժամանակ տուժած քաղաքացիական բնակչության տառապանքները։
«Ուժի իշխանությունը դուրս է մղում օրենքի գերակայությունը», - ասել է Գուտերեշը Ժնևում Մարդու իրավունքների խորհրդի բացման ժամանակ ունեցած իր ելույթում։ «Ամբողջ աշխարհում մարդու իրավունքները գիտակցաբար և ռազմավարական կերպով հետին պլան են մղվում, իսկ երբեմն դրանով նույնիսկ հպարտանում են», - հավելել է նա։
ՄԱԿ-ի մարդու իրավունքների գերագույն հանձնակատար Ֆոլկեր Թյուրքը նշել է, որ աշխարհը Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմից ի վեր բախվում է իշխանության և ռեսուրսների համար ամենաինտենսիվ պայքարին, որն ուղեկցվում է մարդու իրավունքների համատարած խախտումներով։ Նա միացել է Գուտերեշի՝ Սուդանում, Գազայում, Մյանմայում և Ուկրաինայում հակամարտությունների ժամանակ խախտումները դադարեցնելու կոչին։
Գուտերեշը նաև ուշադրություն է հրավիրել ֆինանսավորման կրիտիկական պակասի վրա: ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր դոնորը՝ ԱՄՆ-ն, ընդամենը 160 միլիոն դոլար է փոխանցել կազմակերպությանը հասանելիք ավելի քան 4 միլիարդից: «Հումանիտար կարիքներն աճում են, մինչդեռ ֆինանսավորումը կրճատվում է», - ընդգծել է գլխավոր քարտուղարը:
Միջոցների սղությունը խոչընդոտել է 2025 թվականին մեկնարկած երկու հետաքննչական գործընթացների սկսմանը. մեկը՝ Կոնգոյի Դեմոկրատական Հանրապետությունում հնարավոր ռազմական հանցագործությունների վերաբերյալ, մյուսը՝ Աֆղանստանում իրավունքների խախտումների վերաբերյալ:
Գուտերեշը նաև հայտարարել է, որ պաղեստինյան օկուպացված տարածքներում միջազգային իրավունքի ակնհայտ խախտումները սպառնում են Պաղեստինյան պետության գոյությանը: «Երկու պետությունների սկզբունքի վրա հիմնված լուծումը ոչնչացվում է ամբողջ աշխարհի աչքի առաջ: Միջազգային հանրությունը չի կարող թույլ տալ, որ դա տեղի ունենա», - ասել է նա:
