Հայաստանը մրգի և բանջարեղենի պահածոների՝ Ռուսաստան մատակարարողների առաջին տասնյակում է։ Այս մասին են վկայում Агроэкспорт-ի տվյալները։
2025 թվականին Ռուսաստանն արտահանել է գրեթե 90 հազար տոննա մրգի և բանջարեղենի պահածո՝ ավելի քան 131 միլիոն դոլարի։ Նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ մատակարարումների ծավալը դրամական արտահայտությամբ աճել է 10%-ով։
Մրգի և բանջարեղենի պահածոները ներառում են մշակված, հերմետիկ պահածոյացված բանջարեղեն, միրգ և հատապտուղ, որոնք պիտանի են 6 ամսից ավելի պահպանման համար։ Պահպանման երկար ժամկետն ապահովվում է պահածոյացման տեխնոլոգիայով, որի ընթացքում հեռացվում են ախտածին և թունավոր միկրոօրգանիզմները։
