ԱՄՆ-ում կործանիչից արձակվող անօդաչու սարք են ստեղծել

LongShot անօդաչու թռչող սարքերը դիտարկվում են որպես ռմբակոծիչներին և տրանսպորտային ինքնաթիռներին օդային սպառնալիքներին դիմակայելու և սեփական խոցելիությունը նվազեցնելու հնարավորություն տվող նոր միջոց։
General Atomics ընկերության LongShot անօդաչու սարքը, որն արձակվում է օդից, մոտեցել է առաջին թռիչքին. ավարտվել են մի շարք ցամաքային փորձարկումներ, այդ թվում՝ սպառազինության արձակման ցուցադրությունը։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Naked Science-ը։ LongShot-ը, որն ստացել է նաև X-68A անվանումը, սկզբնական շրջանում օդ կբարձրանա և կարձակվի F-15 կործանիչից։ Ծրագրի նպատակն է ուսումնասիրել, թե «օդ-օդ» դասի հրթիռներ կիրառող անօդաչու սարքն ինչպես կարող է մեծացնել խոցման հեռավորությունը և նվազեցնել կրող ինքնաթիռի խոցելիությունը, ինչպես նաև ապահովել մի շարք այլ առավելություններ։
Ըստ ԱՄՆ պաշտպանության նախարարության Հեռանկարային պաշտպանական հետազոտական նախագծերի գործակալության (DARPA), որը համակարգում է LongShot ծրագիրը, նախագծում ներգրավված են «ԱՄՆ կառավարական բազմաթիվ կառույցներ», այդ թվում՝ Ռազմաօդային ուժերի, Ռազմածովային ուժերի, Ցամաքային զորքերի ստորաբաժանումները և NASA-ն։
Ըստ DARPA-ի հաղորդագրության, LongShot/X-68A-ն հաջողությամբ անցել է մի շարք տեխնիկական փուլեր։ Վերջին ձեռքբերումների թվում են աերոդինամիկ խողովակում իրականացված լիաչափ փորձարկումները, ինչպես նաև անկարգելային համակարգի և սպառազինության արձակման մեխանիզմի հաջող թեստերը։ Այս ամենը վկայում է նոր սերնդի հնարավորությունների ստեղծման հարցում զգալի առաջընթացի մասին։
Ըստ նախկինում հրապարակված պատկերների, LongShot-ն ունակ է կրել առնվազն մեկ AIM-120 AMRAAM հրթիռ՝ ֆյուզելաժի ստորին հատվածի ներքին խցիկում։
Արտաքուստ LongShot-ը թևավոր հրթիռ է հիշեցնում՝ ձգված ֆյուզելաժ, բնորոշ նիստավոր քթամաս և պոչային հատվածում՝ հակառակ սլաքաձևության թևեր։ Սարքն ունի շրջված V-աձև պոչաթևեր և շարժիչի վերին օդառիչի հետևում գտնվող փոքր լողակ։
X-68A-ն համալրված է Williams WJ38-15 մեկ տուրբոռեակտիվ շարժիչով։ Այս շարժիչի կիրառումը, հավանաբար, սարքին ապահովում է ժամում մինչև 1160 կիլոմետր առավելագույն արագություն։
LongShot-ի առաջին արձակումը նախատեսվում է իրականացնել F-15 կործանիչից. այս ինքնաթիռը վաղուց հայտնի է մեծաչափ բեռներ կրելու իր ունակությամբ։
