Թրամփը մարտի վերջին կայցելի Չինաստան

ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը մարտի 31-ից ապրիլի 2-ը կայցելի Չինաստան՝ նախատեսված հանդիպման շրջանակում Չինաստանի նախագահ Սի Ծինպինի հետ։ Սպիտակ տան ներկայացուցիչը հաստատել է այցը՝ այն հայտարարելով ԱՄՆ Գերագույն դատարանի որոշումից անմիջապես առաջ, որով չեղարկվել են Թրամփի սահմանած մի շարք մաքսատուրքեր, այդ թվում՝ Չինաստանի դեմ կիրառված որոշ սահմանափակումներ։
Դատարանը որոշել է, որ Չինաստանի նկատմամբ կիրառված 20 տոկոսանոց մաքսատուրքերը, որոնք սահմանվել էին Արտակարգ տնտեսական լիազորությունների ակտի հիմքով՝ կապված ֆենտանիլի շրջանառության և առևտրային անհավասարակշռության հետ, գերազանցել են նախագահի լիազորությունները։ Միաժամանակ ուժի մեջ են մնում այլ մաքսատուրքեր, այդ թվում՝ 301 և 232 հոդվածների շրջանակում սահմանվածները։ Թրամփը հայտարարել է, որ մտադիր է 150 օրով սահմանել նոր՝ 10 տոկոսանոց համաշխարհային մաքսատուրք։
Սպասվում է, որ Պեկինում բանակցությունները կկենտրոնանան առևտրային զինադադարի երկարաձգման վրա, ինչպես նաև Թայվանի հարցի շուրջ լարվածության վրա։ Վերջին հեռախոսազրույցի ընթացքում Սի Ծինպինը բարձրացրել է Թայվանին ամերիկյան սպառազինության վաճառքի թեման։ Չինաստանը Թայվանը դիտարկում է որպես իր տարածք, մինչդեռ ԱՄՆ-ը շարունակում է աջակցել կղզու պաշտպանունակությանը։ Վերլուծաբանների գնահատմամբ՝ Գերագույն դատարանի որոշումը կարող է նոր ազդեցություն ունենալ ամերիկա-չինական հարաբերությունների վրա՝ փոխելով մաքսային ճնշումների հավասարակշռությունը։
