Քանի որ ընդդիմադիր մեկ բևեռ ձևավորել չհաջողվեց՝ մենք խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին մասնակցելու ենք այն ձևաչափով, որով միշտապես գնացել ենք ընտրությունների։ Այս մասին «Փաստինֆոյի» հետ զրույցում ասաց «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության առաջնորդ Էդմոն Մարուքյանը։
Նա նաև հիշեցրեց, որ «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը դեռ դեկտեմբերին կայացած համագումարում է կայացրել խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին մասնակցելու որոշում։ «Մենք եղել ենք ջատագովը խոշորացված՝ մեկ բևեռով ընտրություններին մասնակցելու, սակայն այս պահին կարող ենք արձանագրել, որ նման բևեռ ձևավորել չի ստացվի։
Ինչ մնում է դաշինք ձևավորելուն՝ բոլոր քննարկումները վաղուց ավարտել ենք, ինչ բանակցել ենք՝ հրապարակային է եղել։ Փոխարենը հայտարարություն ենք տարածել, որ անկուսակցականների համար բացում են կուսակցության դռները, կուսակցության նախընտրական ցուցակում 30 տոկոս անկուսակցականներ կլինեն։ Այս պահին բազմաթիվ մարդիկ են դիմում, այդ թվում՝ հանրային դեմքեր, ակտիվիստներ, ովքեր նույնպես կլինեն մեր ցուցակում»։
Անդրադառնալով ՔՊ-ի հետ համագործակցության հնարավորությանը՝ Մարուքյանը նշեց, որ դեռ կուսակցության համագումարում հայտարարել ենք, որ գործող իշխանության հետ համագործակցության բոլոր կամուրջները այրել են։ «ՔՊ-ի հետ համագործակցության ոչ մի եզր այլևս չունենք, ոչ քաղաքական, ոչ ծրագրային, ոչ տեսլականի։ Հետևաբար, այդ թեման բացարձակապպես քննարկման ենթակա չէ»։
Ինչ մնում է խորհրդարան անցնելուց հետո համագործայցությանը՝ Մարուքյանն ընդգծեց, որ «դա հայ ժողովրդի ամենասիրած հեքիաթի ժանրից է»։ ««Կիկոսի մահը» չեմ մեկնաբանի, բայց երբ ասում ենք իշխանության հետ համագործակցության համար բոլոր կամուրջներն այրված են՝ նշանակում է համագործակցության հնարավորություն նաև այդ ձևաչափում ևս այլևս չկա։ Երբ խորհրդարան անցնենք, ու այդ հարցն հնչի՝ կպատասխանենք։ Դեռ պետք է հասկանալ, թե ով է անցնում խորհրդարան։ Մի բանում հստակ վստահ եմ՝ մենք հաջորդ խորհրդարանում հաստատ լինելու եք, մնացածը կապրենք՝ կտեսնենք»։
