Երկար քայլքից հետո ոտքերի ցավը կարող է լինել աթերոսկլերոզի նշան: Նման ցավը, որը կոչվում է ընդհատվող կաղություն, առաջանում է մկանների անբավարար արյան մատակարարման պատճառով ֆիզիկական ծանրաբեռնվածության ժամանակ և ստորին վերջույթների զարկերակների օբլիտերացնող աթերոսկլերոզի ախտանիշ է: Օգոստոսի 2-ին այս մասին «Իզվեստիա»-ին պատմել է «Բժշկություն» ԲԲԸ-ի (Ակադեմիկոս Ռոյտբերգի կլինիկա) սրտաբան, փիլիսոփայության դոկտոր Եվգենի Կոկինը:

Կոկինը բացատրել է աթերոսկլերոզի դեպքում ցավի բնորոշ առանձնահատկությունները. դրանք ի հայտ են գալիս որոշակի հեռավորություն քայլելուց հետո, տեղայնացվում են սրունքի մկաններում և անցնում են մի քանի րոպե հանգստից հետո: Հիվանդության զարգացմանը զուգընթաց ցավազուրկ հեռավորությունը նվազում է, իսկ ծանր դեպքերում ցավը կարող է առաջանալ նույնիսկ հանգստի ժամանակ:

Մասնագետը ընդգծել է, որ աթերոսկլերոզը համակարգային հիվանդություն է, որը կարող է ախտահարել մարմնի տարբեր զարկերակներ: Տեղակայությունից կախված՝ այն դրսևորվում է տարբեր ախտանիշներով՝ սկսած ստենոկարդիայից և սրտի կաթվածից՝ կորոնար զարկերակների վնասմամբ, մինչև գլխապտույտ և ինսուլտ՝ ուղեղային անոթների աթերոսկլերոզով:

Աթերոսկլերոզը ախտորոշելու համար անհրաժեշտ է չափել կոճ-բազկային ինդեքսը, կատարել զարկերակների ուլտրաձայնային հետազոտություն և անգիոգրաֆիա: Հիվանդության զարգացման ռիսկի գործոններից են տարիքը, ժառանգականությունը, ծխելը, հիպերտոնիան, շաքարային դիաբետը և վատ սնունդը», - հավելեց մասնագետը։

Բժիշկը կոչ արեց չանտեսել աթերոսկլերոզի վաղ նշանները, ինչպիսիք են՝ հոգնածության բարձրացումը, գլխապտույտը կամ պատահաբար հայտնաբերված բարձր արյան ճնշումը: Եթե ախտանիշներ են ի հայտ գալիս, նա խորհուրդ է տալիս դիմել բժշկի, անցնել հետազոտություն և փոխել ապրելակերպը, այդ թվում՝ թողնել ծխելը և ավելացնել ֆիզիկական ակտիվությունը։

«Աթերոսկլերոզը տարիներ շարունակ աննկատ զարգանում է, բայց կարող է հանգեցնել սրտի կաթվածի, ինսուլտի կամ ոտքի գանգրենայի: Վաղ ախտորոշումը և կանխարգելումը երկարատև առողջ կյանքի գրավականն են», - եզրափակեց սրտաբանը։
