Բագրատ Սրբազանի կալանքը երկարաձգվեց ևս 2 ամսով: Դատարանը արձանագրեց, որ նախնական դատալսումներրի փուլում պաշտպանական կողմի հնչեցված այն մտքերը, որ ներկայացված ապացույցները կեղծված են ու ֆիլտրված հիմնական դատալսումների և ապացույցների հետազոտման արդյունքում կարող են պարզվել: Քանի դեռ ապացույցները չեն պարզվել, դատարանը դիրքորոշում չի կարող հայտնել ապացույցների հետ կապված:
Խափանման միջոցի մասով՝ դատավորը նշեց, որ արձանագրում է՝ մեղադրյալի նկատմամբ կիրառված խափանման միջոցի հիմքերն ու պայմանները այս փուլում չեն նվազել, հետևապես ի զորու չեն ապահովելու մեղադրյալի պատշաճ օրինական վարքագիծը: Այդ իսկ պատճառով մինչև 2026 թվականի ապրիլի 25-ը կերկարաձգվի խափանման միջոցը:
Նշենք, որ այսօր՝ փետրվարի 19-ին, կայացավ Բագրատ Սրբազանի և 17 աջակցի գործով դատական նիստը:
Հիշեցնենք, Քննչական կոմիտեն հրապարակել էր «Սրբազան պայքար» անվանումը կրող շարժման ղեկավարների և մասնակիցների ձայնագրությունները: 2025 թվականի հունիսի 25-ին քննչական կոմիտեից հաղորդագրություն էր տարածվել, որում նշվում էր, որ «Սրբազան պայքար» շարժման մասնակիցները և ղեկավարները պլանավորել էին Հայաստանում իրականացնել ահաբեկչական և իշխանությունը զավթելուն ուղղված գործողություններ:
