Փետրվարի 15-ին վիճաբանություն և ծեծկռտուք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Ժամը 01։00-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Նոր Նորքի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ Բագրևանդ փողոց 102 հասցեում գտնվող «Ռոյալ Երևան» ռեստորանի դիմաց ծեծկռտուք է տեղի ունենում։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, օպերատիվորեն դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի գնդի 2-րդ գումարտակի 3-րդ վաշտի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Լևոն Բադալյանի և գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Կարեն Ավետիսյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով պարեկները նշված հասցեից խուլիգանություն կատարելու համար ձերբակալել և ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժին են տեղափոխել Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 39-ամյա Արթուր Հ․-ին, Երևանի բնակիչներ 23-ամյա Սերգեյ Ս․-ին, 20-ամյա Հարութ Մ․-ին, 22-ամյա Ֆելիքս Կ․-ին, 23-ամյա Արման  Ա․-ին, 40-ամյա Յանիս Ա․-ին և 46-ամյա Վադիմ Հ․-ին, որտեղ պարզվել է, որ Յանիս Ա․-ն և Վադիմ Հ․-ն վիճաբանել են Հարութ Մ․-ի, Արթուր Հ․-ի, Սերգեյ Ս․-ի, Ֆելիքս Կ․-ի և Արման Ա․-ի հետ, ինչի ժամանակ անհարգելից վերաբերմունք դրսևորելով հասարակության նկատմամբ, կոպիտ կերպով խախտելով հասարակական կարգը միմյանց հասցեներին հայհոյանքներ են հնչեցրել և քաշքշել։

Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին, որտեղ դեպքի փաստով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
