«Պետք է համախմբվել «Ո՛չ Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանին» օրակարգի շուրջ»․ նամակ՝ ՄԱԿ ներկայացուցչությանը (տեսանյութ)

Այսօր՝ փետրվարի 18-ին, Երևանում՝ ՄԱԿ-ի Հայաստանի ներկայացուցչություն գրասենյակի մոտ, անցկացվեց խորհրդանշական ակցիա` «Ո՛չ Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանին», որի ընթացքում «Դեմոկրատական այլընտրանք» կուսակցության ղեկավար Սուրեն Սուրենյանցը ՄԱԿ-ի ներկայացուցիչներին փոխանցեց բողոքի նամակ՝ Ադրբեջանի վարած քաղաքականության վերաբերյալ։
Սուրենյանցի խոսքով՝ պաշտոնական հայտարարություններին հակառակ, հայ-ադրբեջանական հակամարտությունը չի կարելի համարել ավարտված։ Նա նշեց, որ Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրումը կապել նոր նախապայմանների հետ, պահում է Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքների մի հատվածը, առաջ է մղում «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի» օրակարգը, իսկ Բաքվում պահվող հայ ռազմագերիների նկատմամբ կայացվում են խիստ դատավճիռներ։
Սուրենյանցը նաև կոչ արեց հանրությանը համախմբվել «Ոչ արևմտյան Ադրբեջանին» օրակարգի շուրջ․
«Ես այսօր հայտարարում եմ՝ ՀՀ քաղաքացիները պետք է համախմբվեն «Ոչ Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանին» օրակարգի շուրջ, քանի որ մեծ մտահոգություն ունեմ՝ Արցախի կորստից հետո մեզ սպասվում է այդ տեսլականը։ Այսօր նամակներ ենք հանձնում ՄԱԿ-ի գրասենյակ, ակնկալիքները մեծ չեն, բայց ստիպված ենք սա անում, քանի որ չունենք ինքնաբավ իշխանություն, որ պաշտպանի մեր շահերը»,-ասաց Սուրենյանցը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի օրակարգը ժողովրդագրական էքսպանսիայի դրսևորում է։
Պահեստազորի գնդապետ, ռազմաքաղաքական վերլուծաբան Հայկ Նահապետյանը ևս, խոսելով «Ոչ Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանին» նախաձեռնության օրակարգի մասին, նշում է՝ պետք է հանրության հստակ ներկայացնել՝ Ադրբեջանի պատկերացրած «խաղաղությունը» իրականում նշանակում է Հայաստանի միակողմանի զիջումներ և կապիտուլյացիա։
« Ադրբեջանի պատկերացմամբ՝ Հայաստանը չպետք է ունենք Զինված ուժեր, առնվազն մի քանի տասնյակ հազար հայ պետք է դատվեն Բաքվի դատարանում, Հայաստանը պետք է տա փոխհատուցում իրենց, 1մլն ադրբեջանցի պետք էվերադառնա Հայաստան, հայ-իրանական սահմանը պետք է հսկվի թուրք-ադրբեջանական ուժերի կողմից։ Ժողովուրդը, իհարկե, դեմ է այս ամենին, բայց իշխանությունը չի ներկայացնում ժողովրդի կամքը, նրանք կցորդն են Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների և դանդաղ կատարում են այն, ինչ Ալիևն է ուզում»,-ասաց Նահապետյանը։
Ակցիայի մասնակիցները հայտարարեցին, որ իրենց նպատակը միջազգային կառույցների ուշադրությունը հրավիրելն է ստեղծված իրավիճակի վրա և հասնել արժանապատիվ ու կայուն խաղաղության։
