Գործող իշխանությունները վախենում են Սամվել Կարապետյանից ու լրագրողներից, որովհետև լրագրողների շնորհիվ շատ ճշմարտություններ բացահայտվում են։ Այս մասին այսօր հրավիրված ասուլիսում ասաց «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության խորհրդի անդամ Դավիթ Ղազինյանը։
«Երեկ էլ ստիպված եղան խոստովանել, որ ՀԷՑ ՓԲԸ-ի կողմից վերցված վարկերի տոկոսները վճարում է սեփականատերը ու դա որևէ կապ չունի սահագնի հետ»։
Նա նշեց, որ սեփական թերացումներն արդարացնելու համար հայտարարվում է, որ ցանցը լավը չի։ «Հետաքրքիր է, որ ուղիղ հայտարարվում է, որ կառավարությունն իր պարտականությունը չի կատարել, այսինքն, տրված է կառավարման կառավարությանը, ու ստացվում է, որ կառավարության պատճառով ներդրումների պարտավորությունը չի կատարվում»։
Նա նաև տեղեկացրեց, որ ՀԷՑ-ի կողմից հայցեր են գնացել Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության դեմ, որը կառավարիչը հետ է հետ է վերցրել։ «Այսինքն, ՀԷՑ-ն ունի սեփականատեր ու նա իրավունք ունի՝ ՀԷՑ-ի ու իր բարի համբավի համար դիմել դատարան, բայց ժամանակավոր կառավարիչը դրանք հետ է վերցնում, որի իրավունքը չունի։ Այստեղ բարոյական խնդիր կա, դու ՀԷՑ-ի կառավարիչն ես, դու էլ պետք է պաշտպանես ՀԷՑ-ի բարի համաբավը»,-ասաց Ղազինյանը։
