Ո՞վ կփոխարինի Հրայր Թովմասյանին

ՍԴ դատավոր Հրայր Թովմասյանի լիազորությունները դադարեցվել են նրա վերաբերյալ մեղադրական դատավճռի հիմքով։ Առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը 2024 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 20-ին երկու դրվագով մեղավոր էր ճանաչել Հրայր Թովմասյանին՝ արդարադատության նախարար աշխատած ժամանակահատվածում պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու համար, և նրան ազատել քրեական պատասխանատվությունից՝ վաղեմության ժամկետները անցած լինելու հիմքով։ Վերաքննիչ և վճռաբեկ դատարաններով անցնելով՝ փետրվարի 12-ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ վճիռը մտել է ուժի մեջ, Թովմասյանի լիազորություններն էլ դադարեցվել են։
Այժմ Սահմանադրական դատարանի թեկնածու առաջադրելու հերթը Հանրապետության նախագահինն է։ Ըստ այդմ, Վահագն Խաչատուրյանը մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում պետք է թեկնածու առաջադրի խորհրդարանին։ Նախագահականի մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ Խաչատուրյանն արդեն իսկ կողմնորոշվել է թեկնածուի հարցում։ Վերջինս փաստաբան, «Իրավունքի Եվրոպա միավորում» հասարակական կազմակերպության անդամ Տիգրան Եգորյանն է լինելու, ով ջերմ հարաբերություններ ունի թե՛ Խաչատուրյանի, թե՛ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» հետ։
Եգորյանին մի քանի անգամ առաջարկել են ԲԴԽ անդամի, ՍԴ դատավորի պաշտոններում, բայց չեն ընտրել։ Այժմ էլ իշխանությունը չունի որևէ այլ թեկնածու։ Թեպետ խոսակցություններ կային, որ ՍԴ դատավորի պաշտոնի համար կարող են առաջադրել ԱԺ պետաիրավական հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանի թեկնածությունը, բայց Փաշինյանը հակված է վերջինիս կրկին ԱԺ տանել, այն պատճառով, որ ՔՊ 274 հոգանոց ցուցակում «խելքը գլխին» մեկ այլ իրավաբան չկա։
