ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Մարկո Ռուբիոյի՝ Մյունխենի անվտանգության համաժողովի ելույթը պետք է դիտարկել որպես նախագահ Թրամփի կողմնակիցների, ինչպես նաև հետթրամփյան Հանրապետական ​​կուսակցության՝ արտաքին քաղաքականության ուրվագիծ։
Կարելի է ասել, որ Ռուբիոն առաջարկեց «Արևմուտքը կրկին ազդեցիկ ու խոշոր» դարձնելու բանաձև՝ Թրամպիզմի և Ռեյգանյան քաղաքականության համադրությամբ։

Ելույթի տնտեսական բաժինը ապաարդյունաբերականացման, մրցակիցների կողմից սուբսիդիաների և մատակարարման շղթաների ոչնչացման քննադատություն էր, ինչից կարելի է ենթադրել, որ ապագայում անցում է կատարվելու դեպի տնտեսական ազգայնականություն։
 
Ռուբիոյի ելույթի մեկ այլ՝ ոչ պակաս կարևոր դրույթ էր ԱՄՆ-ի պատրաստակամությունը գործել առանց միջազգային ինստիտուտների: Թվարկելով Թրամփի վարչակազմի արտաքին քաղաքականության գործողությունները՝ ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարն ընդգծել է, որ Վաշինգտոնը կարող է իրացնել իր ուզած քաղաքականությունն առանց միջազգային կառույցների, այդ թվում՝ ՄԱԿ-ի:
Ամերիկյան իսթաբլիշմենթում քաղաքական առումով, Ջ. Վենս-Մ. Ռուբիո զույգը կարծես դիտարկվում է որպես հնարավոր հանրապետականների հետթրամփյան թիմ։
 
Ըստ էության, ԱՄՆ-ն չի հրաժարվում առաջնորդությունից, այլ փոխում է առաջնորդական իր մոդելը՝ լիբերալ գլոբալիզմից դեպի քաղաքակրթական ռեալիզմ, որտեղ դաշնակիցներին առաջարկվում է ընտրություն. գործել Ամերիկայի հետ, կամ հետևել, թե ինչպես է այն գործում։
 
Գերտերությունների արտաքին քաղաքականության համար սկսվելու են ավելի թեժ ու նյարդային ժամանակներ:
Փոքրերը մի խնդիր ունեն, ոտատակ չընկնել ու այդպիսով փորձել պահպանել ազգային ինքնությունն ու ինքնիշխանությունը:
Մարկո Ռուբիոյի ելույթից պետք է նաև հետևություն անել, որ, եթե Հայաստանը չի ցանկանում ամբողջությամբ կլանվել ու խաղաղություն գոչելով՝ ապագայի հարվածների տակ հայտնվել, ապա օտարածին լիբերալիստական կառավարման մոդելից պետք է վերադառնա ազգային պետության և համազգային համախմբման իր մոդելին:
