ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Մարկո Ռուբիոյի՝ Մյունխենի անվտանգության համաժողովի ելույթը պետք է դիտարկել որպես նախագահ Թրամփի կողմնակիցների, ինչպես նաև հետթրամփյան Հանրապետական ​​կուսակցության՝ արտաքին քաղաքականության ուրվագիծ։

Ամերիկյան իսթաբլիշմենթում քաղաքական առումով, Ջ. Վենս-Մ. Ռուբիո զույգը կարծես դիտարկվում է որպես հնարավոր հանրապետականների հետթրամփյան թիմ։

Մարկո Ռուբիոյի ելույթից պետք է նաև հետևություն անել, որ, եթե Հայաստանը չի ցանկանում ամբողջությամբ կլանվել ու խաղաղություն գոչելով՝ ապագայի հարվածների տակ հայտնվել, ապա օտարածին լիբերալիստական կառավարման մոդելից պետք է վերադառնա ազգային պետության և համազգային համախմբման իր մոդելին:
