Ցանկանում եմ ընդգծել, որ քննարկումների ժամանակ խոսքը չի գնում բարեկամանալու, ցավը ու անցյալը մոռանալու մասին, խոսքը գնում է երկխոսության կամուրջներ կառուցելու և ապագայի հետ կապված տարբեր գաղափարների կառուցելու մասին: Այս մասին ՀՀ-ի և Ադրբեջանի քաղհասարակությունների ներկայացուցիչների ծաղկաձորյան հանդիպման մասին կայացած ասուլիսի ժամանակ ասել է քաղաքագետ Նարեկ Մինասյանը:
«Ամփոփելով ծաղկաձորյան քննարկումները՝ կարևոր է արձանագրել, որ թե հայկական կողմի, թե ադրբեջանցի մասնակիցների համար ստեղծված իրավիճակը դիտարկվում է որպես հնարավորության պատուհան:
Տասնամյակներ շարունակ մենք Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության հետ կապված ունեցել ենք բանակցային գործընթաց, հատկապես վերջին շրջանում՝ փորձագետներն ու քաղաքական գործիչները փորձում են հետ նայել և վերլուծելով՝ խոսում են բաց թողնված հնարավորությունների մասին: Կարծում եմ, առնվազն մենք վստահ ենք, որ խաղաղության գործընթացի համատեքստում այսօր մենք ունենք ևս մի հնարավորության պատուհան, որը պետք է բաց չթողնել: Այն մասին, թե արդյոք կան երաշխիքներ, որ այս նախաձեռնությունը 100 տոկոսով հաջողելու է, կարող ենք ասել ոչ, քանի-որ կա հանգամանք՝ գործընթացը միայն մեզանից կախված չէ, կան թե ներքին, թե արտաքին տարբեր գործոններ:
Այնուամենայնիվ, բաց թողնել ևս մեկ հնարավորության պատուհան, վստահ ենք, որ սխալ կլինի: Որքան էլ ծանր է այս անցյալի ժառանգությունը, փորձենք գտնենք այն ընդհանուր կետերը, որի հիման վրա կարող ենք առաջ շարժվել ու խաղաղության գործընթացը դարձնել անշրջելի»,- նշել է նա:
Հիշեցնենք, որ փետրվարի 13-ին ցամաքային ճանապարհով Հայաստան էին ժամանել փորձագիտական դաշտի, պետականամերձ լրատվամիջոցների ադրբեջանցի ներկայացուցիչները՝ մասնակցելու հայկական կողմի հետ երկօրյա քննարկումներին, քննարվելու էին հայ-ադրբեջանական խաղաղության գործընթացին առնչվող հարցերը։
