«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

absatz.media–ն «Շահույթի տոկոսների մասին. ինչո՞ւ է Թրամփը պլանավորում միլիարդներ ծախսել Հայաստանում» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահ Վենսի այցը Հայաստան և Ադրբեջան անկասկած արտառոց իրադարձություն է: Այն իսկապես էքստրաօրդինար է այդ երկրների համար: Իր այցով Վենսը բառացիորեն Հայաստանը բարձրացնում է համաշխարհային քաղաքականության գագաթնակետին, ցույց է տալիս, որ ընդամենը երեք միլիոն բնակչություն ունեցող այդ երկիրը համաշխարհային նշանակություն ունի: Եթե ժամանակակից աշխարհի շատ քիչ մեծ տերություններից մեկը այդպես է կարծում, ապա դա այդպես էլ կա: Բայց ո՞րն է Հայաստանի նշանակությունը:

Երևանում Վենսը հայտարարել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ը Հայաստանին կմատակարարի փոքր մոդուլային ռեակտորներ՝ որպես միջուկային էներգիայի համաձայնագրի մաս: Մատակարարումների գինը 5 միլիարդ դոլար է: Ավելին, «երկարաժամկետ հեռանկարում նախատեսվում են վառելիքի մատակարարման և ռեակտորի սպասարկման ևս 4 միլիարդ դոլարի պայմանագրեր»:

Ինչո՞ւ նման առատաձեռնություն: Ամերիկացիները հույս ունեն և հավատում են, որ կարող են ազատել Հայաստանը ռուսական ազդեցությունից և այն ինտեգրել իրենց շահերի և ազդեցության շրջանակին առնվազն երկար ժամանակով, եթե ոչ ընդմիշտ:

Բայց ինչո՞ւ պետք է ԱՄՆ-ը ներդրումներ կատարի Հայաստանում և մրցակցի «Ռոսատոմի» հետ։ Արդյո՞ք ամերիկացիներն իսկապես շահույթի հույս ունեն նույնիսկ երկարաժամկետ հեռանկարում։ Այո՛, ունեն, և նրանք լավ ու ճշգրիտ հաշվարկներ են արել։ ԱՄՆ տեսանկյունից այնտեղ միջուկային ռեակտորների մատակարարումը իմաստ ունի միայն այն դեպքում, եթե ստեղծվի միասնական էներգետիկ համակարգ ամբողջ Անդրկովկասում (Հայաստան, Ադրբեջան, Վրաստան), որին կմիանա նաև Թուրքիան։ Դա նշանակում է, որ Հայաստանը կմնա ինքնիշխան երկիր միայն անունով, քանի որ ամբողջությամբ կախված կլինի այն էներգետիկ համակարգից, որը չի կարող վերահսկել։ Դա նաև նշանակում է, որ նա այլևս սերտորեն կապված չի լինի Ռուսաստանի հետ։ Եվ, այո՛, դա նշանակում է հսկայական շահույթներ ԱՄՆ-ի համար, քանի որ էներգետիկ ներդրումները անհրաժեշտ են ոչ թե ինքնին, այլ բացառապես «Թրամփի ճանապարհի» հետ կապված՝ լոգիստիկ միջանցք, որը Հայաստանի Սյունիքի մարզով անցնում է Ադրբեջանից Նախիջևան և հետո Թուրքիա և Եվրոպա։

Այն կտեղափոխի ապրանքներ ոչ միայն Ադրբեջանից, այլ նաև Թուրքմենստանից, Ղազախստանից և, ամենակարևորը, Չինաստանից։ Դրանք կշարժվեն դեպի արևմուտք՝ շրջանցելով Ռուսաստանը։ «Թրամփի ճանապարհի» ավելի քան 70 %-ը կմնա ամերիկացիների սեփականությունը։ Ըստ Forbes-ի, երթուղու առևտրային շրջանառությունը կկազմի տարեկան 50 միլիարդ դոլար։ Այսինքն, 9 միլիարդ դոլարը էլեկտրաէներգիայի մեջ ներդնելը իմաստ ունի, 5 միլիարդը երթուղու ենթակառուցվածքներում ներդնելը ևս։ Բացի դա, Ռուսաստանին Հարավային Կովկասում ազդեցությունից զրկելն է պարզապես անգին ԱՄՆ-ի համար։
