Վերջին տարում Վրաստանն ավելի շատ օտարերկրացի է արտաքսել, քան նախորդ 10 տարիների ընթացքում միասին վերցրած, հայտարարել է վարչապետ Իրակլի Կոբախիձեն։

Նա հայտնել է, որ 2026 թվականի մարտի 1-ից սկսած Վրաստանում աշխատող օտարերկրացիների համար անհրաժեշտ կլինի հատուկ աշխատանքային թույլտվություն ստանալ։ Նրանց զբաղվածությունը մի շարք մասնագիտություններում ևս կսահմանափակվի։

«Մարտի 1-ից սկսած օրենքը զգալիորեն կսահմանափակի Վրաստանում օտարերկրացիների զբաղվածությունը, ինչը մեզ թույլ կտա պատշաճ կերպով պաշտպանել ինչպես երկրի տնտեսության, այնպես էլ մեր քաղաքացիների շահերը։ Կառավարությունը ստանձնում է այդ օրենքի արդյունավետ կիրառման ամբողջական պատասխանատվությունը»,- հայտարարել է Կոբախիձեն։

Ըստ նրա՝ Վրաստանն ունի իր սեփական առաջնահերթությունները, և երկիրը կհետևի դրանց, հաղորդում է «Սպուտնիկ Գրուզիան»։

«Վրաստանի ազգային և կրոնական ինքնության պաշտպանությունն ու պահպանումը մեր ամենակարևոր ազգային խնդիրներից մեկն է, որի համար Վրաստանի կառավարությունը կանի հնարավոր ամեն ինչ»,- հայտարարել է կառավարության ղեկավարը։

Նա նշել է նաև անօրինական ներգաղթյալների դեմ Միգրացիայի դեպարտամենտի պայքարի աշխատանքների ուժեղացումը, որոնցից, ըստ կառավարության ղեկավարի, Վրաստանում 20 հազար անօրինական ներգաղթյալ կա։

«Դեպարտամենտի ուժեղացումը մեզ հնարավորություն կտա մի քանի տարվա ընթացքում ամբողջությամբ ազատել երկիրը անօրինական ներգաղթյալներից, որոնց թիվն այժմ գերազանցում է 20 հազարը»,- ասել է Կոբախիձեն։

Ըստ նրա՝ օտարերկրացիները կազմում են երկրի ընդհանուր բնակչության 6,6%-ը։ Նրանցից մոտավորապես 70%-ը (180 հազար) հետխորհրդային երկրների, Եվրամիության, ԱՄՆ-ի և Իսրայելի քաղաքացիներ են։ Նրանցից առնվազն 40 հազարը Վրաստանի նախկին քաղաքացիներ են կամ վրացական ազգանուն ունեն։

«Թուրքերը կազմում են Վրաստանում բնակվող օտարերկրացիների 7,4%-ը, իսկ իրանցիները՝ 3,7%-ը. հետևաբար, հակառակ տարածված ենթադրությունների, այդ երկու տարածաշրջանային երկրների համակցված բաժինը Վրաստանում կազմում է 0,7%»,- հայտարարել է Կոբախիձեն։

Միգրացիայի դեպարտամենտի տվյալներով՝ Վրաստանի իշխանությունները 2025 թվականին երկրից արտաքսել են 1311 օտարերկրացիների, ինչը գերազանցում է 2014-2024 թվականներին արտաքսված օտարերկրացիների ընդհանուր թիվը։

Արտաքսված օտարերկրացիների ամենամեծ թիվը Հնդկաստանի քաղաքացիներ էին։ Անցյալ տարի Վրաստանից արտաքսվել է Հնդկաստանի 269 քաղաքացի։ Արտաքսված օտարերկրացիների թվով երկրորդ տեղում Թուրքիան է։ Այդ ժամանակահատվածում Վրաստանից արտաքսվել է Թուրքիայի 176 քաղաքացի։

Առաջատար եռյակը լրացնում է Իրանը. 2025 թվականին արտաքսվել է Իրանի 157 քաղաքացի։

Ինչ վերաբերում է հարևան երկրներին, 2025 թվականին Վրաստանից արտաքսվել է Ադրբեջանի39, Հայաստանի 26 և Ռուսաստանի 73 քաղաքացի։
