Мы свои наблюдения широкой общественности, а также Правительству Армении не докладываем, все, что мы видим, докладываем в штаб-квартиру в Брюссель. Об этом в беседе с журналистами 13 февраля заявил руководитель гражданской мониторинговой миссии Европейского союза в Армении (EUMA) Маркус Риттер, который завершает свою миссию в Армении.
«Если мы наблюдаем выстрелы, мы об этом докладываем.
Был случай, когда наблюдателям не позволили подойти к границе, это произошло у села Неркин Ханд Сюникской области. Тогда российские вооруженные силы не позволили нам осуществить нашу работу на этом участке. Но этому был положен конец в августе прошлого года, когда российские пограничные войска вышли оттуда. И с тех пор у нас есть свободный доступ везде, куда хотим.
Появляется определенная дезинформация о миссии, которая идет от третьей стороны.
При этом по части дезинформации вероятность мала, потому что мы докладываем только то, что мы видим. Мы не основываемся на информации, распространяемой какой-либо стороной, мы докладываем только то, что видим сами», - отметил Риттер.
