ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Սպիտակի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ Լոռու մարզի Սպիտակ խոշորացված համայնքի Ջրաշենի միջնակարգ դպրոցում աշակերտին դաժան ծեծի ենթարկելու փաստով։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Սպիտակի բաժնի ծառայողները պարզել են, որ «Սպիտակ» բժշկական կենտրոն, ապա ռեանիմոբիլով Երևանի «Ուիգմոր» բժշկական կենտրոն տեղափոխված երեխան Ջրաշեն բնակավայրի բնակիչ, նշված դպրոցի 7-րդ դասարանի աշակերտ 13-ամյա Ալբերտ Պ.-ն է։

Սպիտակի ոստիկանները, ապա Սպիտակի քննչական բաժնի քննիչները պարզել են, որ նույն օրը ժամը 11։00-ի սահմաններում Ջրաշենի միջնակարգ դպրոցի դասարաններից մեկում Ալբերտ Պ.-ին ծեծի են ենթարկել նրա համադասարանցիներ՝ Ջրաշեն գյուղի բնակիչներ 13-ամյա Էդիկ Ա.-ն, վերջինը միջանձնային հարցերի շուրջ է վիճաբանել Ալբերտ Պ.-ի հետ, և ծեծկռտուքին մասնակցել են նաև համադասարանցիներ՝ Ջրաշենի բնակիչներ 13-ամյա Սուրիկ Մ.-ն և Հովսեփ Ս.-ն։

Նշված անձանց Սպիտակի ոստիկանները հայտնաբերել են և ծնողների ուղեկցությամբ ներկայացվել են Սպիտակի քննչական բաժին։

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ երեխաների միջև միջանձնային պատմությունը հայտնի է եղել դպրոցի տնօրինությանը, անգամ այդ օրը Սպիտակի համայնքապետարանի աշխատակիցները ժամանել են դպրոց՝ ինչ-որ միջոցառում անցկացնելու համար, ու նրանք մտնելով դպրոցի վարչական տարածք, նկատել են, թե ինչպես է շտապօգնությունը երեխային տեղափոխում հիվանդանոց։ Տնօրենից հետաքրքրվել են, թե երեխան ինչի համար է տեղափոխվում հիվանդանոց, տնօրինությունը պատասխանել է, թե ձնագնդի խաղալիս վնասվածք է ստացել։

Ստացվում է, որ նշված դպրոցի թե՛ տնօրինությունը, թե՛ ուսուցչական կոլեկտիվը ստել են, ապա շարունակել են իրենց միջոցառումը, և միայն լուրի՝ կայծակնային արագությամբ տարածվելուց հետո Սպիտակի քաղաքապետարանից զանգահարել են նշված դպրոց ու ճշտել, թե ինչու են փորձել այդ ամենը կոծկել։

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր SHAMSHYAN.com-ը, փետրվարի 11-ին ժամը 12:50-ի սահմաններում «Սպիտակ» բժշկական կենտրոն էր տեղափոխվել Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ 13-ամյա տղա։ Հիվանդանոց էին մեկնել ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Սպիտակի բաժնի հերթապահ խումբը՝ համայնքային ոստիկանի գլխավորությամբ։

Տեղում բժիշկները ոստիկաններին հայտնել էին, որ երեխան իրենց մոտ էր տեղափոխվել ծեծված և գտնվում էր ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում ու ի վիճակի չէր կատարվածի մասին բացատրություն տալու, իսկ երեխային էլ ռեանիմոբիլով տեղափոխում էին Երևանի մասնագիտացված հիվանդանոցներից մեկը։

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ երեխան դաժան ծեծի էր ենթարկվել Լոռու մարզի դպրոցներից մեկում և հենց դպրոցից էլ նրան այդ վիճակում տեղափոխել էին հիվանդանոց։

Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Սպիտակի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր էին կազմվել։ 

Դեպքի մասին էլ արդեն ոստիկանության Սպիտակի բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել էին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Սպիտակի քննչական բաժին։
