Որևէ ուսանող կրթական պրոցեսից չպետք է դուրս մնա միայն այն պատճառով, որ ուսման վարձը վճարելու խնդիր ունի։ Այս մասին ասել է վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ պատասխանելով «Երիտասարդությունը՝ հանուն Հայաստանի գիտահեն ապագայի» խորագրով միջոցառման մասնակից ուսանողներից մեկի հարցին։
Վարչապետն ընդգծել է, որ դա իրենց հայեցակարգային մոտեցումն է։
«Մենք հիմա փորձում ենք գնալ ինստիտուցիոնոլ լուծումների։ Օրինակ «Ակադեմիական քաղաք» նախագիծն այդ մասին է, որովհետև նախագծի առանցքային հայեցակարգային նրբություններից մեկն այն է, որ լավ և բարձր առաջադիմություն ունեցող ուսանողների կրթության ծախսերը պետք է հոգա պետությունը կամ «Ակադեմիական քաղաք» հիմնադրամը, կամ «Տաղանդների զարգացման» հիմնադրամը։
Այսինքն Ակադեմիական քաղաքի շուրջ խոսելիս մենք հիմնականում խոսում ենք շենքի, ֆիզիկական կարողությունների մասին, որը ճիշտ է, բայց գաղափարի հիմքում եղել է այն, որ պետությունը, Կառավարությունը լավ և գերազանց առաջադիմություն ունեցող ուսանողների կրթության ծախսերը պետք է վերցնի իր վրա։
Հաջորդիվ մենք սկսելու ենք Ակադեմիական քաղաքի ֆիզիկական շինարարությունը և, ԵՊՀ-ն է այս գաղափարը տվել, որ մենք առաջին հատվածը, որը կհանձնեք շահագործման, լինեն ուսանողական կացարանները, որովհետև մարզերից եկող բազմաթիվ ուսանողներ Երևանում բնակվելու խնդիրներ ունեն։ Ես էլ եմ մարզից Երևան եկել սովորելու, այդ խնդիրներն ունեցել եմ։
Ուզում ենք հանրապետության ուսանողական կացարանների պահանջարկը, ենթադրում եմ ամբողջությամբ, Ակադեմիական քաղաքում ապահովենք։
Ես պատասխանատու ձևով ասում եմ, այն ուսանողը, ում ընտանիքն օբյեկտիվ խնդիր ունի ուսման վարձ վճարելու, ես երաշխավորում եմ, որ լավ ր գերազանց առաջադիմության դեպքում կրթությունից դուրս չի մնա»,- ասել է վարչապետը։
