Վաղարշապատում «Հաղթանակ» դաշինքի անդամ և աջակից 7 անձի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում՝ ընտրական իրավունքին խոչընդոտելու մեղադրանքով։ Քննչական կոմիտեի հաղորդմամբ՝ 6 անձ ձերբակալվել է՝ կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու նպատակով դատարան ներկայացնելու համար։

ՔԿ-ն պնդում է, թե ձեռք են բերվել փաստական տվյալներ, ըստ որոնց՝ նոյեմբերի 16-ին Վաղարշապատում կայացած ընտրությունների ընթացքում «Հաղթանակ» դաշինքի ավագանու ցուցակում ընդգրկված թեկնածուները մի շարք անձանց ուղղորդել են քվեարկել դաշինքի օգտին՝ այդ կերպ խոչընդոտելով ընտրողների անձնական ընտրական իրավունքի ազատ իրականացմանը։

«Հաղթանակ» դաշինքը Վաղարշապատում զբաղեցրել էր երկրորդ տեղը և ավագանու կազմում ունի ամենամեծ ներկայացվածությունը՝ ՔՊ-ից հետո։ Այս հետապնդումներն ու ձերբակալությունները, այն էլ ընտրություններից ամիսներ առաջ, ակնհայտորեն նպատակ ունեն Վաղարշապատում վախի մթնոլորտ ձևավորելու։

Երեկ նաև հայտնի դարձավ, որ ձերբակալվել է Մասիսի նախկին համայնքապետ Դավիթ Համբարձումյանի եղբայր Գոռ Համբարձումյանը։ Նրա նկատմամբ քրեական վարույթ է հարուցվել փաստաթղթեր կեղծելու, խոշոր չափերով խարդախության և փողերի լվացման հոդվածներով։ Գոռ Համբարձումյանը քրեական գործով անցնում էր նաև 2022 թվականին․ նա և ևս մեկ անձ մեղադրվում էին պոռնկությամբ զբաղվելուն նպաստելու մեջ։

Գոռ Համբարձումյանը գրեթե մեկ տարի գտնվել է կալանքի տակ։ Նրա խափանման միջոցը փոխվել էր 2022 թվականի հուլիսի 8-ին, ինչից հետո նա ազատ էր արձակվել, իսկ քրեական գործը հետագայում կարճվել էր՝ հանցակազմի բացակայության հիմքով։

Փաստացի, այս երկու դեպքերը, ինչպես նաև ընդդիմադիրների նկատմամբ ճնշումների սաստկացումը վկայում են, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ԱԺ ընտրություններից դեռ շատ առաջ փորձում է ահաբեկել թե՛ հանրությանը, թե՛ իր քաղաքական հակառակորդներին՝ զրկելով նրանց ընտրությունների ընթացքում իր դեմ գործելու հնարավորությունից։ Եվ թեպետ առաջին հայացքից կարող է թվալ, թե Փաշինյանի դիրքերն ամրապնդվում են, իրականում սա գործող վարչախմբի վախերի ու անվստահության դրսևորումն է։
