Անվճար հանրային տրանսպորտ տարեցների համար։ Ինչպես խոստացել էի, ես ամեն օր սոցիալական մեր 87 կետանոց ծրագրի մեկ կետ հանրայնացնելու եմ։

Երևանում հանրային տրանսպորտը տարեցների համար անվճար դարձնելու գաղափարը շատ կարևոր և արդիական սոցիալական հարց է: Սա ոչ միայն ֆինանսական աջակցություն է, այլև հարգանքի տուրք և քաղաքային կյանքին նրանց լիարժեք մասնակցությունն ապահովելու միջոց: 2025 թվականին
նոր տրանսպորտային համակարգի ներդրումից ամիսներ անց ակնհայտ դարձավ, որ այն շահութաբեր չէ և հհ պետական բյուջեից շարունակվելու է դոտացիան ։ Ելնելով իրավիճակի օբյեկտիվ գնհատականից , մենք առաջարկում ենք տարեցների համար հանրային տրանսպորտի դարձնել անվճար։

Ինչո՞ւ է դա կարևոր։

Տարեցների համար անվճար տրանսպորտը լուծում է մի քանի խնդիր.

* Սոցիալական ներառականություն. Տարեցները հնարավորություն են ստանում ավելի հաճախ այցելել մշակութային կենտրոններ, այգիներ կամ տեսակցել հարազատներին:

* Առողջապահություն. Հեշտանում է հասանելիությունը բժշկական հաստատություններին:

* Ֆինանսական թեթևացում. Թոշակի պայմաններում տրանսպորտի ծախսի կրճատումը զգալի օգնություն է:
Ինչպե՞ս է դա աշխատելու գործնականում՞։

Որպեսզի տարեց քաղաքացին կարողանա օգտվել այս իրավունքից, սովորաբար անհրաժեշտ է.

* Ունենալ տրանսպորտային քարտ (միասնական տոմսային համակարգի մաս):

* Քարտը վավերացնելիս համակարգը ավտոմատ նույնականացնում է արտոնությունը՝ հիմնվելով անձնագրային տվյալների վրա:

Սա նախաձեռնություն է , որով տարեցների համար

 Կանխում ենք աղքատացումը. Թոշակի զգալի մասը չի գնա տրանսպորտի ծախսին , այլ կծառայի դեղորայքին և սննդին։

 Բարոյական պատասխանատվություն. Մենք թույլ չենք տա, որ մարդն իր ծերության տարիներին ստիպված լինի սոված մնալ ՝ տրանսպորտի օգտվելու պատճառով։
 
 Համայնքային համերաշխություն. Համայնքը պետք է ոչ թե պարզապես տոմս վաճառի և գումար հավաքի, այլ թիկունք կանգնի իր ավագ սերնդին։
