Ոստիկանները մտել են դասարան, վերցրել երեխաների հեռախոսներն ու պահանջել, որ աղջիկները մազերը կապեն․ ահազանգ

MediaHub-ն ահազանգ է ստացել, որ նախօրեին Այնթապի Բյուզանդ Մարգարյանի անվան թիվ 2 միջնակարգ դպրոցում ոստիկանները մտել են դասարան, պահանջել, որ երեխաները հեռախոսները տան իրենց, ապա մի քանի աղջկա էլ պահանջ են ներկայացրել, որ մազերը կապեն։ 

Մեզ հետ զրույցում դպրոցի 9-րդ դասարանի աշակերտներից մեկի ծնողը պատմեց, որ նման բան երբևէ չի եղել դպրոցում, ու հիմա հասկանալի չէ, թե ինչու պետք է ոստիկանը մտնի դասասենյակ, երեխաներին դիտողություն անի, հեռախոս պահանջի և վախի մթնոլորտ ստեղծի։

«Հա, հասկանում եմ, որ երեխան պետք է դասի ժամանակ հեռախոսից չօգտվի, բայց պատահական մտնել դասարան ու վերցնել աշակերտների հեռախոսները, մեղմ ասած, անթույլատրելի է, էլ չասեմ աղջիկներին մազերը հավաքելու կոչ անելը։ Նշեմ, որ երեխաների հեռախոսները մի քանի րոպե հետո վերադարձրել են, վերցրել են, նայել ու վերադարձրել․․․ Բայց առանց իմ ներկայության ի՞նչ իրավունք ունեն վերցնել իմ անչափահաս երեխայի հեռախոսը»,- ասաց մեր զրուցակիցը։

Դեպքի մանրամասներին ծանոթանալու նպատակով MediaHub-ը կապ հաստատեց դպրոցի տնօրեն Տիգրան Պետրոսյանի հետ, որը հաստատեց տեղեկությունը, նշելով՝ ոստիկանները եղել են դպրոցին կցված, նրանք փոխտնօրենի ուղեկցությամբ են մտել դասասենյակ։

Նրա խոսքով՝ ոստիկանները հաճախ են մտնում տարբեր դասարաններ և ինչ-որ հայտարարություններ անում։

Հարցին, թե ի՞նչ իրավունք ունեն անչափահաս երեխաներից հեռախոս վերցնելու կամ պահանջելու, որ աղջիկները մազերը հավաքեն, Պետրոսյանը պատասխանեց՝ ոստիկաններն ամեն առավոտ էլ դպրոցի մուտքի մոտ  զգուշացնում են երեխաներին՝ հեռախոսները պահել ու մազերն էլ հավաքած մտնել դասասենյակ։

«Երևի այդ ժամանակ երեխայի ձեռքին հեռախոս է եղել, վերցրել են, դրա իրավունքը ունեն։ Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է մազերը հավաքելու պահանջին, ապա երեխաներին ամեն օր է ասվում դրա մասին»,- հավելեց Պետրոսյանը։

Ճշտող հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք իր համար նորմալ է, որ մանկավարժի գործառույթը ոստիկանն է իրականացնում, դպրոցի տնօրենն արձագանքեց՝ որևէ անսովոր բան տեղի չի ունեցել, դա նորմալ պրակտիկա է։

Իսկ արդյո՞ք ոստիկանությունն իրավունք ունի դասասենյակներ մտնելու և պահանջներ ներկայացնելու. այս հարցի պատասխանն էլ փորձեցինք ստանալ ՆԳՆ-ից։

«Համայնքային ոստիկանության ծառայողները մանկավարժների ուղեկցությամբ պարբերաբար այցեր են կատարում դպրոցներ՝ հակահասարակական արարքների մասին զրույցներ ունենալու, և երեխաներին դրանցից զերծ պահելու նպատակով։ Կոնկրետ այս դեպքում էլ մանկավարժի ուղեկցությամբ են ոստիկանները մտել դասասենյակ, այդ ընթացքում խոսվել է նաև, որ դասի ժամին հեռախոսներից օգտվելը խանգարում է ընդհանուր պրոցեսին։ Այդ ամենն արվել է մանկավարժի ներկայությամբ»,- ասաց ՆԳՆ մամուլի քարտուղար Նարեկ Սարգսյանը։
