Քաղաքագետ Բենիամին Մաթևոսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․

Փաշինյանի քարոզարշավի լուսանկարը Վենսի հետ Հայաստանի համար կարժենա 9 միլիարդ դոլար։ Հենց այդքան էլ երկիրը պետք է վճարի ամերիկյան մոդուլային ատոմակայանի գնման և տեղադրման համար։ Սա երեկ ձեռք բերված համաձայնությունն էր, որը նույնիսկ իշխանությունները հաստատում են:

Նրանք նաև ընդունում են, որ Վենսը միջամտում է Հայաստանի ներքին գործերին, բայց դա չի անհանգստացնում ինքնիշխանության կողմնակիցներին, քանի որ «ԱՄՆ-ն և շատ այլ գործընկեր երկրներ մեծ ծրագրեր են կազմել Փաշինյանի հետ»։ Շատ այլ երկրներ՝ օրինակ՝ Թուրքիան, Ադրբեջանը, ներգրավված են։

Նկատենք նաև, որ Վենսը Հայաստանից ԱՄՆ է տանում 9 միլիարդ դոլար + 11 միլիոն դոլար հետախուզական անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի համար (սրտանց ողջույններ Իրանի աշխարհիկ իշխանություններին), մինչդեռ Երևանը նույնիսկ չկարողացավ ԱՄՆ-ից ազատում ստանալ Թրամփի կողմից Իրանի հետ առևտուր անող երկրների համար սահմանված 25% մաքսատուրքերից:

Փաշինյանին լուսանկար և մեդիա հիստերիա էր պետք՝ նա այն ստացավ, թեկուզ 9 միլիարդ դոլարով։ Վենսին ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից Ռուսաստանի դեմ բանակցային խաղաքարտերի մեջ ևս մեկ խաղաքարտ էր պետք՝ նա այն ստացավ։ Ավելին, «քարտն» ինքնին 9 միլիարդ դոլար վճարեց՝ ուրիշի խաղում իր սեփական դաշնակցի դեմ խաղաքարտ լինելու համար։

Հ.Գ. Ջերմ ողջույններ Մոսկվայի գրասենյակների «մեծ տղաներին», ովքեր, գլխավորին զեկուցելու ճանապարհին, խոսեցին Ռուսաստանի և Փաշինյանի Հայաստանի միջև «ամբողջ տիեզերքում և մարդկային քաղաքակրթության ողջ պատմության մեջ ամենամեծ առևտրաշրջանառության» մասին։
