Ռուսաստան, Հայաստան, Կոնգո․ ԵՄ–ն թարմացրել է ավիաընկերությունների սև ցուցակը

Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի տվյալների համաձայն՝ արգելված 169 ավիափոխադրողներից 142-ը կախված են այն երկրներից, որոնց իշխանությունները ի վիճակի չեն բավարար կերպով վերահսկել դրանց անվտանգությունը, գրում է bfmtv–ն։
Այս ցուցակում ամեն տարի թարմացվում է։ Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովը հրապարակել է ավիաընկերությունների «սև ցուցակի» նոր տարբերակը, որոնց թռիչքն արգելված է իր օդային տարածքում։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ 169 ավիափոխադրողի արգելվել է մուտք գործել եվրոպական օդային տարածք, մինչդեռ օրինակ 2021 թվականին այդ թիվը կազմում էր 97։
«ԵՄ օդային անվտանգության ցուցակը (ASL) ներառում է այն ավիափոխադրողներին, որոնք չեն համապատասխանում միջազգային անվտանգության չափանիշներին։ Այս փոխադրողներին արգելված է թռիչքներ իրականացնել դեպի ԵՄ, ԵՄ տարածքում և ԵՄ-ից դուրս, ներառյալ ԵՄ օդային տարածքի վրայով թռիչքները։ ԵՄ չթռչող ավիափոխադրողները նույնպես կարող են ներառվել ASL-ում՝ ԵՄ-ից դուրս գտնվող ուղևորներին անվտանգության հետ կապված ռիսկերի մասին տեղեկացնելու նպատակով»,– պարզաբանում է Բրյուսելը։
18 երկրի ավիաընկերություններ՝ ամբողջությամբ արգելված
Արգելված 169 ավիաընկերություններից 142-ը կախված են այն երկրներից, որոնց անվտանգության վերահսկողության մարմինները չեն կարողանում պատշաճ կերպով կատարել իրենց գործառույթները։ «Եթե երրորդ երկրի անվտանգության մարմինները չեն կարողանում կատարել իրենց միջազգային անվտանգության վերահսկողության պարտավորությունները, այդ երկրի բոլոր ավիափոխադրողները կարող են ընդգրկվել արգելված ավիաընկերությունների ցանկում», - շարունակում է հանձնաժողովը:
Սա վերաբերում է 18 երկրների բոլոր ավիաընկերություններին. Ռուսաստան, Աֆղանստան, Անգոլա (բացառությամբ երկու ավիաընկերության), Հայաստան, Կոնգո, Կոնգոյի Դեմոկրատական Հանրապետություն, Ջիբութի, Հասարակածային Գվինեա, Էրիթրեա, Ղրղզստան, Լիբերիա, Լիբիա, Նեպալ, Սան Տոմե և Պրինսիպի, Սիեռա Լեոնե, Սուդան, Սուրինամ և Տանզանիա:
Երկրորդ ցուցակը ներառում է այն ավիաընկերությունները, որոնք արգելված են՝ Եվրոպական ավիացիոն անվտանգության գործակալության (EASA) կողմից իրականացված ստուգումների արդյունքում, որոնք բացահայտել են «անվտանգության հետ կապված էական թերություններ»։ Այս ցանկում, մասնավորապես, ընդգրկված են Air Zimbabwe (Զիմբաբվե), Avior Airlines (Վենեսուելա), Iran Aseman Airlines (Իրան), Fly Baghdad (Իրաք) և Iraqi Airways (Իրաք)։
