Կոնվերս Բանկն արժանացել է Mastercard-ի Excellence in Customer Experience մրցանակին։ Մրցանակը Կոնվերս Բանկին շնորհվել է Mastercard համակարգի հետ արդյունավետ համագործակցության, ինչպես նաև C360 բանկային ծառայությունների փաթեթների շրջանակներում հաճախորդներին մատուցվող գերազանց փորձառության համար:

Մրցանակաբաշխությունը կայացել է միջազգային վճարահաշվարկային համակարգի տարեկան միջոցառման շրջանակում, որը միավորել էր ֆինանսաբանկային ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչներին՝ նախորդ տարվա արդյունքներն ամփոփելու և առաջիկա ծրագրերը ներկայացնելու նպատակով։

Համագործակցության շրջանակում 2025-ին Կոնվերս Բանկն ու Mastercard­-ն իրականացրել են երկու խրախուսման արշավ C360 փաթեթների օգտատերերի համար.

  • Ամերիկյան առևտրի կետերում առցանց գնումներ կատարած և առաքումը Գլոբբինգով կազմակերպած հաճախորդները քեշբեք են ստացել թե Բանկից, թե Գլոբբինգից:
  • Իսկ C360 Ultra, Elite, Signature և Synergy փաթեթների օգտատերերը, ովքեր հանգիստն անց են կացրել Իտալիայում կամ ԱՄԷ-ում ու անկանխիկ գնումներ կատարել C360 MC World կամ MC World Elite քարտերով, ստացել են մինչև 100․000 ՀՀ դրամ քեշբեք Կոնվերս Բանկից:

 

Ներկայացնելով C360 փաթեթների ճամփորդական առավելությունները՝ Բանկում նշել են, որ դրանք հասանելիություն են ապահովում ոչ միայն բանկային ծառայություններին, այլև օգնում են հեշտությամբ կազմակերպել ճանփորդությունները՝ առաջարկելով

  • Աշխարհի ավելի քան 1200 օդանավակայանների սպասարկման սրահների մուտք՝ անվճար,

C360-ի շրջանակում հաճախորդներին ճամփորդական բարձրակարգ փորձառության տրամադրման նպատակով Կոնվերս Բանկը և Mastercard-ը առաջիկայում հանդես կգան համատեղ բացառիկ առաջարկներով։
