Մինչև 16 տարեկան երեխաների մուտքը սոցիալական ցանցեր կարող է օրենքով արգելվել։ Կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարն օրերս կայացած խորհրդակցության ժամանակ ասել է, թե հարցը քննարկվում է Բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարարության հետ։

«Որովհետև որքան կարևոր է տեխնոլոգիաների օգտագործումը, այնքան էլ անհրաժեշտ է ապահովել երեխաների պաշտպանվածությունը։ Մեդիագրագիտություն սովորեցնելուն զուգահեռ պետք է նաև բարձրացնենք նրանց անվտանգությունն ու պաշտպանվածությունը կիբեռտարածքում։ Այսօր դա շատ լուրջ խնդիր է, որի շուրջ մենք միասին աշխատում ենք, և առաջիկայում՝ մեր գործընկերների աջակցությամբ, կարծում եմ, համապատասխան օրենսդրական փաթեթ կլինի»,– ասել է նախարարը։

ՀՀ իշխանությունները, ըստ ամենայնի, այս հարցում փորձում են ընդօրինակել Ավստրալիայի և Իսպանիայի փորձը, սակայն, սովորույթի համաձայն, չեն կարողանալու հաշվարկել իրենց հնարավորություններն ու ռեսուրսները՝ ձախողելով հերթական «բարեփոխումը»։ Եթե Ավստրալիայի և Իսպանիայի դեպքում Meta-ն կամ այլ սոցիալական ցանցերի ընկերություններ պարտավորված են հարգել այդ երկրների օրենսդրությունը, ապա ՀՀ պարագայում, մեծ հավանականությամբ, պարզապես չեն արձագանքի հարցումներին և որևէ քայլ չեն ձեռնարկի։

Արդյունքում սոցիալական ցանցերը սահմանափակելու նախաձեռնությունը կդառնա հերթական ձախողումը՝ ինչպես ռեստորաններում չծխելու կամ աղը սեղանին չդնելու կարգավորումները։

Մյուս կողմից էլ ՀՀ իշխանությունները փորձում են կարգավորել ֆեյքերի դաշտը, որպեսզի միայն իրենց հավատարիմ «ՊՈԱԿ»-ները կարողանան ֆեյքեր ստեղծել, իսկ ընդդիմադիր կամ անանուն օգտատերերին բացահայտեն, ջնջեն և հեռացնեն սոցիալական ցանցերից։ Ուստի սոցիալական ցանցերը վերահսկելու համար փորձում են կիրառել նոր գործիքներ։
