Պետությունը կամ չի՛ աջակցում, կամ միայն սուբսիդիաների տեսքով է աջակցում, որը բավարար չէ լուրջ արդյունաբերության համար։ Պետական մեր պաշտոնյաները մեր երկրի արդյունաբերությունը զարգացնելու փորձ չունեն։ Հայաստանը իր անկախության առաջին օրվանից մի ճանապարհով է գնում՝ ապահովեք դաշտ, թող գան ներդրումներ անեն․ սա չի՛ աշխատելու, եթե սպասենք ներդրողներին։ Այդ մասին հայտարարել է «Մեր ձևով» շարժման համակարգող Նարեկ Կարապետյանը՝ խոսելով գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանի տնտեսական ծրագրերից և պետության բացթողումներից․
«Մեր առաջարկն է՝ պետությունը մասնակցի պրոյեկտներում, որպեսզի արագ ձևավորվեն արդյունաբերական հիմնարկներ, որ երկիրը զարգանա։
Երկրում հնարավոր է ստեղծել 300.000 աշխատատեղ ճիշտ արդյունաբերության և ճիշտ ոլորտներում ներդրումով, առանց իշխանության ասած 15-30 մլրդ ներդրումի»,- նշել է նա՝ ընդգծելով որ այսօր ՔՊ կուսակցության աշխատատեղերի աճը ապահովում է ստվերի նվազմամբ, ծառայությունների մեջ աշխատատեղերի աճով, բայց ամբողջ տնտեսական էֆեկտիվությունը երկարաժամկետ արդյունք Հայաստանում չի թողնում։
«Մենք առաջարկում ենք 20.000 նոր աշխատատեղեր, գործարաններ, որտեղ հայկական շինանյութը կկարողանա ապահովել բնակարանաշինության ապրանքների 90%-ը՝ զարկ տալով շինարարության աճին։ՀՀ բազմաթիվ համայնքներում բացի պետական աշխատանքից շատ քիչ այլընտրանքներ կան, սա ցույց է տալիս, որ մեր երկիրը վերջին 35 տարիների ընթացքում ոչ մի տնտեսական քաղաքականություն չի որդեգրել բացի Երևանի զարգացումից։ Երևանի զարգացումն էլ եղել է հիմնականում ծառայությունների և շինարարության որոտում, որտեղ արտահանելի արդյունք չի ստեղծվել։
2024-25 թվականներին երկրում օտարերկրյա ներդրումները չեն գերազանցել 130 մլն դոլարը, սա երկրի տնտեսական բոլոր ոլորտների ձախողումն է, դա է պատճառը, որ մեր երկրում աղքատությունը չի վերացվում»,- մանրամասնել է Կարապետյանը։
Խոսելով Հայաստանում ստեղծված ներքաղաքական իրավիճակից՝ «Մեր ձևով» շարժման համակարգող Նարեկ Կարապետյանը հայտարարել է՝ ՀՀ այսօրվա իշխանությունը հաճո է Թուրքիային․
«Տարածաշրջանային մեր բոլորի երկրների հետ մենք պետք է ունենանք բարիդրացիական հարաբերություններ։ Մեր արտաքին քաղաքականության մեջ այսօր բացակայում է գործընկերայնությունը։
Սակայն Ադրբեջանի հետ մենք այսօր բաց հարցեր ունենք՝ արցախցիների հայրենիք վերադարձի իրավունքի, գերիների հարցը»,- եզրափակել է նա։
