ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահ Ջեյ Դի Վենսը Հայաստան կայցելի երկուշաբթի՝ փետրվարի 9-ին, իսկ այստեղից կմեկնի հաջորդ օրը։ Այս պահին Միացյալ Նահանգների փոխնախագահը Իտալիայում է՝ ընտանիքի հետ հետևում է ձմեռային Օլիմպիական խաղերին, որից հետո էլ, ըստ միջազգային լրատվամիջոցների, կժամանի Հայաստան և Ադրբեջան։

Նախատեսված է ԱՄՆ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյայի հանդիպումը Հայաստանի վարչապետի հետ։ Վենսի երևանյան օրակարգը մինչև այս պահը հրապարակված չէ, հայտնի չէ նաև, թե նա ինչ այլ հանդիպումներ է ունենալու։ Վենսի այցի մասին առաջինը հունվարի վերջին տեղեկացրել էր Սպիտակ տան ղեկավարը՝ ասելով, որ այցի նպատակը խաղաղության ջանքերը շարունակելն ու Սյունիքով Ադրբեջանը Նախիջևանին կապող TRIPP-ն առաջ մղելն է։

«Մենք կխորացնենք մեր ռազմավարական գործընկերությունը Ադրբեջանի հետ, կկնքենք խաղաղ միջուկային համագործակցության հիանալի համաձայնագիր Հայաստանի հետ, պայմանագրեր՝ մեր կիսահաղորդիչներ արտադրողների համար, Ադրբեջանին կվաճառենք ԱՄՆ-ում արտադրված պաշտպանական սարքավորումներ, ինչպիսիք են զրահաբաճկոններն ու նավակները, և ավելին»,- Truth սոցիալական ցանցում գրել էր Դոնալդ Թրամփը։

Վենսի այցի հիմնական նպատակը TRIPP-ի մեկնարկը տալն է, թեպետ տարբեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահը նաև մի շարք այլ հարցեր է քննարկելու։ Ընդհուպ չի բացառվում ատոմային էներգիայի վերաբերյալ համաձայնագրի կնքումը հայկական և ամերիկյան կողմերի միջև։ Միացյալ Նահանգները փորձում է Հայաստանին պարտադրել սեփական մոդուլային ատոմակայանի մոդելը։ Ուշագրավ է, որ ավելի վաղ նշվում էր, թե ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահը միայն Հայաստան է այցելելու, սակայն վերջին պահին այցը դարձավ տարածաշրջանային։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Միացյալ Նահանգների բաժինը TRIPP-ում կազմում է 74 %, իսկ ԱՄՆ-ն փորձելու է բաժնետոմսերի մի մասը վաճառել տարբեր միջազգային ընկերությունների։ Ավելին, «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության ղեկավար Հայկ Մամիջանյանի խոսքով՝ TRIPP-ի վրա կաշխատի ամերիկյան մի ընկերություն, որի բաժնետերը համագործակցում է Բաքվի հետ։ «BlackRock»-ը, որը տիրապետում է ամերիկյան AECOM ընկերության բաժնետոմսերին, խոշոր ներդրումային համաձայնագիր է ստորագրել Ադրբեջանի պետական նավթային հիմնադրամի հետ, հայտարարել է Հայկ Մամիջանյանը։ AECOM-ի ներկայացուցիչներն այսօր այցելել են Հայաստան՝ TRIPP նախագծի տեղանքում ուսումնասիրություններ անցկացնելու համար։

«Այսպիսով, ադրբեջանական նավթային կապիտալը կարող է ներգրավված լինել «Թրամփի ուղու» ֆինանսավորման մեջ. Բաքուն կփորձի բաժնեմաս ձեռք բերել ամերիկյան ընկերությունների միջոցով։ «BlackRock»-ի և «AECOM»-ի միջև կապի մասին բավարար ապացույցներ կան։ Հետևաբար, սա ևս հիմնավոր կասկածի տեղիք է տալիս, որ Ադրբեջանը բաժնեմաս կունենա TRIPP-ի ֆինանսավորման և ներդրումների մեջ»,- ասել է նա։
