2025-ին պետական բյուջեի օգտին բռնագանձվել է շուրջ 21 մլրդ դրամ

Արդարադատության նախարար Սրբուհի Գալյանին է ներկայացվել Հարկադիր կատարումն ապահովող ծառայության 2025թ.-ի հաշվետվությունը: Այս մասին հայտնել են ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարությունից:

Զեկուցվել է, որ 2025 թվականին Ծառայության կողմից ընթացք է տրվել շուրջ 2,804,884 կատարողական վարույթի, իսկ 2024 թվականին՝ 2,822,725 կատարողական վարույթի, ինչը նախորդ տարվա համեմատ նվազել է 0,6 %-ով ՝ 17,841 կատարողական վարույթով։

Բռնագանձվել է շուրջ 64,092,153,997 դրամ, իսկ 2024 թվականին՝ 57,799,536,644 դրամ, ինչը նախորդ տարվա համադրելի ցուցանիշը գերազանցել է 11%-ով՝ 6,292,617,353 դրամով։

Բռնագանձումների պատկերը հետևյալն է՝

պետական բյուջեի օգտին՝ 20,819,435,621 դրամ, որից՝
ՃՈ-ի և Պարեկային ծառայության օգտին՝ 5,865,697,211 դրամ, 2024 թվականին այն կազմել է 19,360,377,791 դրամ, որից՝
ՃՈ-ի և Պարեկային ծառայության օգտին՝ 5,869,328,039 դրամ։ Պետական բյուջեի օգտին բռնագանձված գումարը նախորդ տարվա ցուցանիշը գերազանցել է 8%-ով՝ 1,459,057,830 դրամով։ ՃՈ-ի և Պարեկային ծառայության օգտին բռնագանձված գումարը նախորդ տարվա համեմատ նվազել է 0,06%-ով՝ 3,630,828 դրամ տարբերությամբ,

իրավաբանական անձանց օգտին՝ 39,324,665,154 դրամ, իսկ 2024 թվականին՝ 33,886,710,010 դրամ, ինչը նախորդ տարվա համադրելի ցուցանիշը գերազանցել է 16%-ով՝ 5,437,955,144 դրամով:

ֆիզիկական անձանց օգտին` 3,025,025,670 դրամ, իսկ 2024 թվականին՝ 2,736,877,648 դրամ։ Համադրելի ցուցանիշից ավելի է 11%-ով ՝ 288,148,022 դրամով:

Ոչ գույքային բնույթի կատարողական վարույթներով՝ 923,027,552 դրամ, իսկ 2024 թվականին 1,815,571,195 դրամ, ինչը նախորդ տարվա համադրելի ցուցանիշից պակաս է 49%-ով՝ 892,543,643 դրամով։

2025 թվականի փետրվարի 1-ից Կառավարության որոշմամբ ուժի մեջ մտած անհուսալի վարկեր ունեցող անձանց աջակցության ծրագրից հաշվետու տարում օգտվել է շահառու ճանաչված 12,464 պարտապան։

2025 թ․-ի ընթացքում ապօրինի գույքի բռնագանձման կատարողական վարույթներով հարուցվել է հայցի ապահովման բնույթի 328 կատարողական վարույթ՝ 40,3 մլրդ․ ՀՀ դրամ արգելադրման ենթակա գումարով: Հարուցված վարույթներից 102-ը կարճվել է 12,1 մլրդ․ բռնագանձված գումարով։

Արգելադրվել է 143 միավոր անշարժ գույք, 69 գույք/տրանսպորտային միջոց, բանկային հաշիվներում առկա 1,2 մլրդ․ ՀՀ դրամ:

Պարտապանին պատկանող միակ բնակարանի իրացման համար նվազագույն գումարը սահմանվել է 7, 800 000 դրամ՝ նախկին 4, 900 000 դրամի փոխարեն:

2025թ․ ընթացքում ըստ հերթագրման համակարգի՝ Ծառայություն այցելած և արագ գրասենյակի կողմից սպասարկված քաղաքացիների թիվը կազմել է 140․747, որը 53%-ով ավելի է 2024 թվականի համեմատ։

Թեժ գծով սպասարկված հեռախոսազանգերի քանակը կազմել է 117․376, որից 1383-ը եղել է բողոք, որը 59%-ով պակաս է 2024 թվականի համեմատ:

Արդարադատության նախարար Սրբուհի Գալյանը նշել է, որ Հարկադիր կատարումն ապահովող ծառայության զարգացումը և թվայնացումը 2026թ.-ին ճանաչվել են որպես նախարարության առաջնահերթություն։
