ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ներքին անվտանգության և հակակոռուպցիոն վարչությունից ստացված նյութերի հիման վրա նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթով հիմնավորվել է, որ ՀՀ ոստիկանության պաշտոնատար անձը, մեկ տասնյակից ավել քաղաքացիների ենթադրյալ իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ կեղծ արձանագրություններ է կազմել:

Մասնավորապես՝ հիշյալ պաշտոնատար անձը 2023 թվականի հունվարի 4-ից ապրիլի 3-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում 13 քաղաքացիների կողմից օրենքով նախատեսված վարչական որևէ իրավախախտում կատարած չլինելու պայմաններում, առանց վերջիններիս մասնակցության, նրանց վերաբերյալ կազմել է իրավաբանական պատասխանատվություն առաջացնող 17 կեղծ արձանագրություն՝ դրանք դնելով պաշտոնական շրջանառության մեջ:

ՀՀ ոստիկանության պաշտոնատար անձի գործողությունների հետևանքով հիշյալ քաղաքացիները տուգանվել են 50.000-ական ՀՀ դրամով։

Պաշտոնեական կեղծիք կատարելու համար ոստիկանության ծառայողին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 445-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (17 դրվագ): Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել ՀՀ-ից բացակայելու արգելքը և պաշտոնավարման կասեցումը։

Քրեական վարույթով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և վարույթի նյութերը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել են ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն դատարան:
