Ֆրանսիայում նշվել է Հայաստանի զինված ուժերի կազմավորման տարեդարձը

Փետրվարի 4-ին Ֆրանսիայում ՀՀ դեսպանությունը կազմակերպել է ՀՀ զինված ուժերի կազմավորման 34-րդ տարեդարձին նվիրված հանդիսավոր ընդունելություն։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են Ֆրանսիայում ՀՀ դեսպանությունից:
Միջոցառմանը ներկա են եղել Ֆրանսիայի արտաքին գործերի և զինված ուժերի նախարարությունների բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ, Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորներ, Սենատի անդամներ, Ֆրանսիայում հավատարմագրված դեսպաններ, ռազմական կցորդներ, ֆրանսահայ հոգևոր դասի ներկայացուցիչներ, ինչպես նաև հասարակական գործիչներ, ՏԻՄ և ֆրանսահայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչներ։
Ընդունելությունը մեկնարկել է «Դպրոցասեր» հայկական վարժարանի սաների կողմից, տնօրեն Հայկ Սարգսյանի ղեկավարությամբ, Հայաստանի և Ֆրանսիայի ազգային օրհներգերը կատարմամբ, որին հաջորդել է Ֆրանսիայում Հայաստանի դեսպան Արման Խաչատրյանի և Ֆրանսիայում Հայաստանի ռազմական կցորդ, գնդապետ Արթուր Ազնավուրյանի ելույթները։ Այնուհետև, վարժարանի սաները կատարել են ՀՀ Զինված ուժերի օրհներգը։
Շնորհավորելով ՀՀ զինված ուժերի 34-րդ տարեդարձը՝ դեսպան Արման Խաչատրյանը բարձր է գնահատել Հայաստանի զինված ուժերի վճռորոշ դերը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխանության և անվտանգության ապահովման գործում։
Դեսպանը հարգանքի տուրք է մատուցել Հայրենիքի պաշտպանության համար զոհվածների հիշատակին՝ նշելով, որ հայկական բանակը, ձևավորվելով ծանր և գոյաբանական մարտահրավերների պայմաններում, այսօր էլ հանդիսանում է հայկական պետականության հիմնասյուներից մեկը։
Վկայակոչելով հայ-ֆրանսիական պատմականորեն ձևավորված բարեկամական հարաբերությունները, որոնք արդեն իսկ կրում են ռազմավարական բնույթ՝ դեսպան Խաչատրյանն անդրադարձել է պաշտպանության ոլորտում Հայաստանի և Ֆրանսիայի միջև առկա համագործակցությանը։ Դեսպանը խորին երախտագիտություն է հայտնել Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնին՝ Ֆրանսիայի կողմից Հայաստանին ցուցաբերվող մշտական աջակցության համար, և Ֆրանսիայի զինված ուժերի նախարարությանը՝ պաշտպանության ոլորտում հայ-ֆրանսիական համագործակցության ամրապնդման գործում իր վճռական հանձնառության համար։
Դեսպանը վերահաստատել է Հայաստանի հանձնառությունը Հարավային Կովկասում կայուն խաղաղության հաստատմանը, անդրադարձել է Վաշինգտոնում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածություններին ու դրանց իրականացման ընթացքին՝ ընդգծելով խաղաղության ինստիտուցիոնալացման կարևորությունը։
Խոսքով հանդես է եկել նաև Ֆրանսիայում Հայաստանի ռազմական կցորդ, գնդապետ Արթուր Ազնավուրյանը։ Շնորհավորելով ՀՀ զինված ուժերի 34-րդ տարեդարձը՝ նա ներկայացրել է ՀՀ զինված ուժերի բարեփոխումները՝ ուղղված բանակի կերպափոխմանը, ինչպես նաև ժամանակակից, ավելի ուժեղ ու արդյունավետ բանակ կառուցելուն և զինված ուժերի կարողությունները մեծացնելուն։ Գնդապետը նշել է, որ ռազմական և պաշտպանական արդյունաբերության ոլորտներում Հայաստանի և Ֆրանսիայի միջև համագործակցությունը երկու երկրների համապարփակ ռազմավարական գործընկերության կարևոր բաղադրիչներից մեկն է։
