ՆԳ նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանը փետրվարի 4-ին մասնակցել է Միգրացիայի և քաղաքացիության ծառայության 2025 թվականի կատարողականի քննարկմանը:
Նախարարին է ներկայացվել ծառայությունների հասանելիության և որակի բարձրացմանն ուղղված միջոցառումները, պետություն-մասնավոր գործընկերություն համագործակցությամբ նախատեսվող Միգրացիայի և քաղաքացիության ծառայության նոր կառուցվածքը:
Նելլի Դավթյանի խոսքով՝ ՄՔԾ նոր կառուցվածքն ընդգրկելու է քաղաքացիության, ապաստանի տրամադրման, փաստաթղթերի թողարկման, բնակչության տվյալների մշակման, թվային հարթակների կառավարման և տվյալների անվտանգության ապահովման ուղղություններով ստորաբաժանումներ. արդեն ստորագրվել են մի շարք պայմանագրեր, իրականացվել են կառավարման և մշտադիտարկման մեխանիզմների ձևավորման աշխատանքներ։
Ներկայացվել են տարածքային գրասենյակների աշխարհագրական ցանցն ու արդիականացման ծրագրերը. 22 սպասարկման գրասենյակներից 21-ն արդեն տեղորոշված են:
Քննարկվել են ՀՀ-ԵՄ վիզաների ազատականացման գործողությունների ծրագրի շրջանակում իրականացվող աշխատանքները. կատարվել են 7 հենանիշներ, ընթացքի մեջ են 10-ը, իսկ 5-ը մեկնարկային փուլում են։
Անդրադարձ է կատարվել անօրինական միգրացիայի կանխարգելման ուղղությամբ իրականացվող աշխատանքներին, ծառայությունների մատուցման որակի վերահսկողության մեխանիզմներին, սահմանահատումների պատկերին:
Քննարկվել է բնակչության պետական ռեգիստրի, կենսաչափական նոր համակարգի, տվյալների շտեմարանի, փաստաթղթերի բազայի, միգրացիոն գործերի կառավարման համակարգերի միասնական ենթակառուցվածքի ձևավորման և քաղաքացիության դիմումների էլեկտրոնային կառավարման մեխանիզմներին վերաբերող հարցեր:
ՆԳ նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանը, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով կատարված աշխատանքի համար, հանձնարարել է մինչև 2026 թվականի ավարտ թվայնացնել ՄՔԾ հիմնական գործառույթները և մշակել գործիք՝ սահմանների համալիր կառավարմանն առնչվող ծրագրային ապահովման և արդյունավետ կառավարման տրամաբանությամբ:
Նախարարը հանձնարարել է e-gate համակարգի ներդրման աշխատանքները համապատասխանեցնել կենսաչափական համակարգի ներդրման մեկնարկի հետ:
Նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանը ՊՄԳ ծրագրի շրջանակում այցելել է նաև ՆԳՆ մասնավոր գործընկեր «Հայ-Փաս» ՓԲԸ-ի ժամանակավոր գրասենյակ, անհատական կենտրոնի շինարարության հարթակում ծանոթացել ընթացիկ աշխատանքներին։
ՆԳ նախարարին է ներկայացվել մասնավորի կողմից սպասարկման կայանի պրոտոտիպային ձևանմուշը, ծավալվել է քննարկում։
«Հայ-Փաս» ՓԲԸ-ի գործադիր տնօրեն Ռեժիս Բուշյեն ներկայացրել է փաստաթղթավորման համար անհրաժեշտ նախագրանցման գործընթացն ապահովող կայքէջի նախնական տարբերակը:
Պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել սահմանված ժամկետներում ավարտին հասցնել մեկնարկած ծրագրերը՝ քաղաքացիների համար ապահովելով միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխան նոր որակի ծառայություններ:
