Քաղաքացուն առերևույթ խոշտանգելու հոդվածով ոստիկանության ծառայող Հայկ Հակոբյանի նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդում է հարուցվել: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունից:

«04.02.2026 թվականին նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ: 05.02.2026 թվականին դատախազի կողմից հանրային քրեական հետապնդում է հարուցվել Հայկ Հակոբյանի նկատմամբ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 450-րդ հոդվածի  1-ին մասով»,- տեղեկացնում են  Դատախազությունից:

Ավելի վաղ ՄԻՊ-ի գրասենյակից տեղեկացրել էին, որ փետրվարի 3-ին լրագրողի կողմից տեսանյութի հրապարակումից անմիջապես հետո Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանի հաձնարարությամբ ՄԻՊ աշխատակազմում սկսվել է ուսումնասիրություն: Գրությունն ուղարկվել էր Դատախազություն։

Համացանցում տեսանյութ էր շրջանառվել, որում երևում է, թե ինչպես է իրավապահ համակարգի ներկայացուցիչը բռնության ենթարկում և հայհոյանքներ հնչեցնում քաղաքացու նկատմամբ՝ փորձելով ցուցմունք կորզել:
 
Ոստիկանի մասնակցությամբ համացանցում տարածված տեսանյութի առնչությամբ ՆԳՆ խոսնակ Նարեկ Սարգսյանը հայտնել էր, որ ՆԳՆ ներքին անվտանգության և հակակոռուպցիոն վարչությունում կա նշանակված ծառայողական քննություն, տեսանյութում երևացող ծառայողի լիազորությունները կասեցվել են։
