256-ամյա տղամարդու պատմությունը. ո՞րն է նրա երկարակեցության գաղտնիքը

Այսօր դժվար է հավատալ, որ ինչ-որ մեկը կարող է ապրել մինչև 150 տարեկան, ուր մնաց մինչև 256 տարեկանը: Ըստ «Թայմ» ամսագրի ու «Նյու Յորք Թայմզի» 1933թ. հրապարակումների՝ այդ ժամանակ մահացել է 256-ամյա Լի Չինգուանը: Հայտնի չէ՝ բախտավո՞ր է եղել այդքան երկար ապրելու համար, թե՞ ոչ: Կյանքի ընթացքում հասցրել է հուղարկավորել իր 23 կանանց: Մահվան ժամանակ 180 ժառանգ է ունեցել:
Եթե նա ապրեր Աֆրիկայում, կլիներ շատ տղամարդկանց իդեալը, քանի որ տղամարդու արժանիքները որոշվում էին նրա կանանց ու երեխաների թվով: Լի Չինգուանը պնդել է, որ իր երկարակեցության գաղտնիքը կրիայի նման նստելն էր, շան նման քնելը, աղավնու նման աշխուժորեն քայլելը և սիրտը հանգիստ վիճակում պահելը: Նա այս տեղեկությամբ կիսվել է մի հրամանատարի հետ, ով նրանից ցանկացել է իմանալ՝ ինչ պետք է անել երկար ապրելու համար: Լին պնդել է, որ իր համար կյանքի հիմնական աջակիցները եղել են մտքի խաղաղությունն ու հանդարտությունը:
Նրանց, ում հետաքրքիր է, թե ինչ է Լին կերել, նշենք, որ նրա հիմնական ուտելիքը եղել է բրինձն ու գինին: Լի Չինգուանի վաղ կյանքի մասին քիչ բան է հայտնի: Գիտենք, որ ծնվել է այն քաղաքում, որտեղ մահացել է: Դա Չինաստանի Սիչուան երկրամասն է: 10 տարեկանում արդեն գրագետ է եղել և հաճախ է ճամփորդել դեպի Շանսի, Տիբեթ, Գանսու և Մանչուրիա դեղաբույսեր ձեռք բերելու նպատակով: 100 տարի շարունակ զբաղվել է դեղաբույսերի վաճառքով: Վաճառել է իր սեփական, նաև այլ մարդկանց դեղաբույսերը: «Թայմ» ամսաթերթը նաև հիշատակել է, որ նրա մատների եղունգները 6 դյույմ (1դյույմ=2.5սմ) երկարություն են ունեցել:
Շատերը 80 տարեկանում սովորաբար կնճռոտվում են և չեն կարողանում շատ բաներ ինքնուրույն անել: Լին զարմանալիորեն եռանդով լի էր և շատ բաներ ինքնուրույն էր անում: Սրա պատճառով շատերն էին կասկածում, որ նա իսկապես այդ տարիքին է: Լին նշել է, որ ծնվել է 1736թ., սակայն այդ դեպքում 256-ի փոխարեն 197 տարեկան կլիներ: Մինուկո համալսարանի պրոֆեսորը ապացուցել է, որ Լին ծնվել է 1677թ.: Նրան հաջողվել է գտնել այն հիշատակումները, որտեղ չինական կառավարությունը պատվել է Լիին 200-ամյակի առթիվ: Նա 60-ամյա մարդու տեսք է ունեցել: Միակ եզրակացությունը, որ կարող ենք անել այն է, որ կա՛մ նա գերմարդկային մարմին է ունեցել, կա՛մ այս պատմությունները չափազանցություններ են: Ցավալին այն է, որ մենք երբեք չենք կարող իմանալ իսկական ճշմարտությունը:
