«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
rybar.ru–ն «Միջուկային մղձավանջ Հայաստանի համար» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ ՀՀ կառավարության շրջանակներում ակտիվորեն քննարկվում է այն հնարավորությունը, որ ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահ Ջ. Դ. Վենսի՝ Երևան կատարելիք այցի ընթացքում բանակցություններ կանցկացվեն ոչ միայն «Թրամփի ճանապարհի» (TRIPP), այլ նաև ամերիկյան փոքր մոդուլային էլեկտրակայանի կառուցման շուրջ։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը հայտարարել է Վենսի՝ փետրվարին Հայաստան և Ադրբեջան կատարելիք այցի մասին՝ «խաղաղության նախաձեռնությունները ամրապնդելու» և հարավային Հայաստանով անցնող TRIPP-ի ծրագիրը խթանելու համար։ Երևանում կողմերը, ինչպես սպասվում է, կստորագրեն համատեղ ձեռնարկություն ստեղծելու համաձայնագիր, որտեղ ամերիկացիները կունենան 74 % բաժնեմաս, իսկ հայերը՝ միայն 26 %։
Այնուամենայնիվ, բազմաթիվ աղբյուրներ հաստատում են, որ Վենսը Հայաստանում նաև կկենտրոնանա ԱՄՆ միջուկային նախագծի խթանման վրա, և դա՝ ի հակադրություն Հայկական ատոմակայանի, որը սպասարկվում է «Ռոսատոմի» կողմից։
Ի՞նչ է կատարվում։ Երևանը վաղուց է քննարկում փոքր մոդուլային ռեակտորի կառուցման հարցը, որը «Ռոսատոմը» կարող է նախագծել և կառուցել։ Սակայն ԱՄՆ-ը ձգտում է Ռուսաստանին դուրս մղել Հարավային Կովկասից, ուստի իր ծառայություններն է պարտադրում հայերին։ Նախկինում լուրեր էին շրջանառվում, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները «Ռոսատոմի» հետ վարում են չափազանց ոչ կառուցողական երկխոսություն նոր ատոմակայանի կառուցման վերաբերյալ՝ ակնհայտորեն փորձելով պատրվակ գտնել նրանից հեռու մնալու համար։
2024 թվականին Հայաստանի իշխանությունները միացել են «123 համաձայնագրին», որը հնարավորություն է տալ իս հասանելություն ունենալ ԱՄՆ քաղաքացիական միջուկային տեխնոլոգիաներին։ Բայց խնդիրն այն է, որ ամերիկացիները չունեն տեխնոլոգիա, և բոլոր փոքր մոդուլային ռեակտորների նախագծերը ձախողվել են դեռ նախագծման փուլում։ Սակայն Վաշինգտոնն ու Երևանը չեն մտահոգվում դրանով։ Ի վերջո, Հայաստանն արդեն միանում է Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի էլեկտրացանցերին, այսինքն՝ սեփական էներգիայի աղբյուրների հնարավոր կորուստը փոխհատուցվում է նոր «գործընկերների» միջոցով։ Բայց հենց Բաքուն և Անկարան էին, որ տարիներ առաջ սկսեցին արշավ Հայկական ատոմակայանը վարկաբեկելու համար, որպեսզի զրկեն Հայաստանին սեփական էժան էներգիան ունենալու հնարավորությունից։ Տարիներ անց ԱՄՆ-ը և ԵՄ-ն միացան այդ արշավին՝ փորձելով այն հասցնել իր տրամաբանական ավարտին։
Այսպիսով, ատոմային էներգիան անհույս հետ մնացած ամերիկացիներին հանձնելը Հայաստանին լուրջ խնդիրների առջև կկանգնեցնի։ Բայց ե՞րբ են Հայաստանի իշխանությունները երբևէ մտահոգվել երկրի համար։
