Շիրակի մարզի Ախուրյան համայնքում փետրվարի 2-ին լույս աշխարհ է եկել 2022 թվականի հունվարի 11-ին Վարդենիսի Վերին Շորժայի դիրքերում հակառակորդի հարձակման ժամանակ զոհված Արթուր Մխիթարյանի եղբայրը։ Նորածնի անունը ավագ եղբոր պատվին Արթուր են դրել: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց մայրը՝ Սեդա Մարգարյանը, փոքր Արթուրը ծնվել է 3 կգ քաշով։

«Ընդհանուր նմանություն ունի եղբոր հետ՝ աչքերի գույնը և դիմագծերը նման են։ Յուրաքանչյուր երեխա իր տեղն ունի, ու ոչ մեկը մյուսի տեղը չի լրացնում։

Մեր ընտանիքում փոփոխություն էր անհրաժեշտ, և փոքրիկի ծնունդը միջնեկ որդուս՝ Արսենի ամենամեծ երազանքն էր։ Նա ցանկանում էր նորից եղբայր ունենալ»,-պատմում է մայրը՝ հավելելով, որ ինչպես քույրն ու եղբայրը,  այնպես էլ կրտսեր Արթուրը պետք է իմանա, որ հերոս եղբայր ունի:

Փոքրիկը և մայրը դեռ մեկ կամ երկու օր կմնան հիվանդանոցում, իսկ տանը նրանց անհամբերությամբ սպասում են մյուս երեխաներն ու հարազատները։

Արթուր Մխիթարյանը ծնվել էր Գյումրիում 2002 թվականին, ավարտել էր թիվ 24 դպրոցը բարձր առաջադիմությամբ, զբաղվել էր հունահռոմեական ոճի ըմբշամարտով։ Զորակոչվել էր բանակ և ծառայել Վարդենիսի զորամասում։Արթուր Մխիթարյանը զոհվել է 2022 թվականի հունվարի 11-ին՝ Վարդենիսի Վերին Շորժայի դիրքերում հակառակորդի հարձակման ժամանակ։ Նա հետմահու պարգևատրվել է «Մարտական ծառայության» մեդալով և «Մարտական դիրքերը անառիկ պահելու» պատվոգրով։
