Առողջապահության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանի ակտիվությունը, գործող իշխանությունների համար ամեն կերպ իրեն մեջտեղից ճղելը պայմանավորված է ընդամենը մեկ հանգամանքով։ Հիշեցնենք՝ նախարարը, իր հիմնական աշխատանքը թողած, զբաղված է պարելով, բլոգ վարելով, պատարագների մասնակցելով և իշխանության ցանկացած հիմարություն արդարացնելով։

Բանն այն է, որ առողջապահության նախկին նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանը, ով այս պահին աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարն է, բավական հավակնոտ ծրագիր է ներկայացրել իշխանությանը, այն է՝ եթե «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրին» հաջողվի վերարտադրվել, ապա միավորել երկու նախարարությունները և դարձնել մեկ սուպերնախարարություն։ Իսկ այդ դեպքում նախարար կդառնա Արսեն Թորոսյանը, իսկ Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը, անկախ ամեն ինչից, կմնա խաղից դուրս։

Ավանեսյանին իշխանական թիմ բերել էր հենց Արսեն Թորոսյանը՝ նրան նշանակելով իր տեղակալ։ Սակայն առողջապահության նախարարի պաշտոնը լքելուց հետո Ավանեսյանը սկսել է բացառապես սեփական խաղը խաղալ՝ շատ դեպքերում հեռացնելով Թորոսյանի բերած կադրերին և նշանակելով իրեն հավատարիմ մարդկանց։ Թորոսյանի և Անահիտ Ավանեսյանի բարդ հարաբերությունների մասին բավական երկար ժամանակ շշուկներ են շրջանառվում։

Եվ այժմ Ավանեսյանը հրաշալի հասկանում է, որ Թորոսյանը, ով ավելի լայն կապեր ունի գործող իշխանության և անձամբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ, իրեն անպատիժ չի թողնելու, ուստի ամեն ինչ անում է Փաշինյանի աչքին լավ երևալու համար։ Իսկ Թորոսյանին առողջապահության նախարար կնշանակեն, որովհետև վերջինս ունի Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության հետ սերտ կապեր, ներկայումս այդ կառույցի ներկայացուցիչն է Հայաստանում և կարողանում է այնտեղից գումարներ բերել, որոնք, ինչպես օրինակ՝ կովիդի պարագայում, փոշիացվեցին։

Հիմա էլ, երբ առողջապահական ապահովագրության համակարգն է ներդրվում, ստեղծվելիք սուպերնախարարությունը լինելու է ամենափողաբեր և ամենակոռուպցիոն կառույցներից մեկը։ Եվ, բնականաբար, այն Անահիտ Ավանեսյանին չեն թողնելու։
