Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը երեկ ռուսական դիվանագիտության արդյունքների վերաբերյալ մամուլի ասուլիսում բավական ծավալուն անդրադարձել է նաև Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերություններին, հնչեցրել ավելի վաղ արված կոշտ հայտարարություններից մի քանիսը, ըստ էության, նաև ցույց տալով այն հնարավոր խութերը, որոնք առաջիկայում Մոսկվան պատրաստվում է քննարկել գործող իշխանությունների հետ։

Դրանք մասնավորապես հա վերաբերում են Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցու հետ իշխանությունների հարաբերություններին, ինչպես նաև Եվրամիություն–Հայաստան հարաբերություններին, որոնք բավականին մտահոգում են պաշտոնական Մոսկվային։ Ավելին, Լավրովը հիշեցրել է, որ վերջերս Հայաստանին տրամադրվեց 15 միլիոն եվրոյի տռանշ, և կասկած չունի, որ Բրյուսելի բյուրոկրատիան կստիպի հայ ընկերներին վաստակել այդ 15 միլիոն եվրոյի յուրաքանչյուր ցենտը։

«Երբ նրանք փորձում են համոզել Հայաստանին, որ նա պետք է հեռանա Ռուսաստանից, ոչ այլ ոք, քան Եվրամիության արտաքին գործերի և անվտանգության քաղաքականության հարցերով գերագույն ներկայացուցիչ Կայա Կալասը հայտարարեց, որ Մոսկվան կգործի «մոլդովական սցենարի» համաձայն Երևանում»,– ասել է Լավրովը, հիշեցնելով, որ «մոլդովական սցենարը» ենթադրում է կոպտորեն կեղծված ընտրություններ, որի շնորհիվ միայն Սանդուի իշխող ռեժիմը կարողացավ հաղթանակ տանել Մոլդովայում։

Փաստացի Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանի իշխանություններին հասկացնում է, որ տեղյակ է նրանց գծագրած սցենարից և թույլ չեն տա հերթական անգամ իրենց վրա բարդել։ Լավրովը անդրադարձել է նաև հակառուսական քաղաքականության մեկ այլ ասպեկտի, այն, որ Հայաստանում ձերբակալում և քրեական հետապնդումների են ենթարկվում իրենց ռուսամետ հայացքներով հայտնի անձինք։

Մասնավորապես խոսելով Գյումրիի քաղաքապետ Վարդան Ղուկասյանի մասին՝ Լավրովն ասել է․ «Վարդան Ղուկասյանի վերաբերյալ Դուք բացարձակապես ճիշտ եք նշում, որ նրան մեղադրում են Ռուսաստանի և Բելառուսի միությանը Հայաստանի միանալու հնարավորությունը քննարկելու կոչ անելու համար։ Հուսով եմ, Հայաստանի քաղաքական գործիչները, ովքեր հանդես են գալիս Ռուսաստանի հետ համագործակցության զարգացման և խորացման օգտին, չեն ենթարկվի քրեական հետապնդման»,– ասել է Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարարը։

Մոսկվան առայժմ բավականին մեղմ է ՀՀ իշխանությունների հետ հարաբերություններում, բայց և հռետորաբանությունը գնալով ավելի կոշտանում և ուժգնանում է, ինչը պետք է որ լրջորեն մտահոգի փաշինյանական իշխանություններին։
