Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանում 2026 թվականի հունվարի 30-ին ստացվել և մակագրվել է Ա.Ա.-ի քրեական գործը: Գործը նույն օրը հանձնվել է դատավոր Գիվի Համլետ Հովհաննիսյանին և ստացել ՀԿԴ/0029/01/26 համարը: Նախաքննությունն իրականացվել է Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում, գործը ստացվել է Գեղարքունիքի կայազորի զինվորական դատախազությունից: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է Դատալեքս դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից։

Մեղադրական եզրակացության համաձայն, Ա.Ա.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 445-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով՝ պաշտոնական փաստաթուղթ կեղծելու համար:

Մեղադրանքի համաձայն, Ա.Ա.-ն զինվորական ծառայության մեջ գտնվելով ՀՀ ՊՆ զորամասում՝ որպես հրթիռահրետանային սպառազինության պետ, հանդիսանալով պաշտոնատար անձ, 2023 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 28-ին առ թիվ 346 ելքի ապրանքագրով նույն զորամասի 2-րդ հրաձգային գումարտակի 4-րդ հրաձգային վաշտի հրամանատար, կապիտան Մ.Խ.-ին հանձնել է մի շարք նյութական միջոցներ:

Ապա քննությամբ չպարզված ժամանակահատվածում Ա.Ա.-ն հիշյալ ապրանքագրի մեջ մտցրել է կեղծ տեղեկություններ՝ ձեռագիր եղանակով ավելացրել է նաև «TP-8A» տեսակի, 16838 գործարանային համարի «հետախույզի խողովակ» նյութական միջոցի անվանումը՝ այդ կերպ փաստելով՝ իբր այն ևս կապիտան Մ.Խ.-ին հանձնած լինելու հանգամանքը:

Ա.Ա.-ի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառվել է բացակայելու արգելքը: Գործի նյութերի հետ միասին դատարան է ներկայացվել նաև չորս փաթեթ կնիքված վիճակում որպես իրեղեն ապացույց, որը տրվել է դատավորին: Գործը գտնվում է նախապատրաստական փուլում,-  տեղեկացնում է Iravaban.net–ը։

Ծանուցում. Մեղադրյալը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով դատարանի օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
