Հայաստանը տարիներ շարունակ իր սպառազինության ձեռքբերումն իրականացրել է նախ մեր ռազմավարական գործընկերոջ՝ Ռուսաստանի հետ ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցության շրջանակներում, որի միջոցով և՛ ՌԴ-ից, և՛ ՀԱՊԿ-ից էժան գներով շատ դեպքերում էլ անվճար զենք ենք ձեռք բերել։

Euromedia24-ի հետ զրույցում հայտարարել է ՊՆ նախկին նախարար,  «Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Սեյրան Օհանյանը։

Արձագանքելով Փաշինյանի հայտարարություններին, թե նախկինում տարբեր պատճառաբանություններով ՀՀ-ին զենք չեն վաճառել, Սեյրան Օհանյանը հակադարձում է՝ ոչ ոք երբևէ չի հրաժարվել Հայաստանին զենք վաճառել․

«Հայաստանը, բացի ՌԴ-ից, նախկին խորհրդային երկրներից
է ձեռք բերել սպառազինություն՝ փամփուշտներ, հրաձգային զենք, Չինաստանից ձեռք ենք բերել հրետանային և համազարկային համակարգեր , եվրոպական շատ երկրներից ձեռք ենք բերել զենք, զինամթերք, ավիացիա, տեսադիտարկման սարքեր և այլն։

Սպառազինության մասին այսօր խոսում են մարդիկ, ովքեր ձեռք բերած զենքի մի մասը թողել են  հակառակորդին, զենքի մի մասը չեն կարողացել օգտագործել 44-օրյա պատերազմի ժամանակ։ Բանակի վերաբերյալ քայլերը վերածել են PR-ի, գործանական քայլեր են պետք անել»,-ասում է Օհանյանը։

ՊՆ նախկին նախարարը նաև շեշտում է՝ Հայաստանը չի կարող միայնակ լուծել իր անվտանգային խնդիրները․ 

«Մեր պաշտպանության առանցքը պետք է լինի հայկական բանակը և ինչպես նաև երկկողմ և բազմակողմ հարաբերությունները։

Մենք ՌԴ-ի հետ ունենք միացյալ զորախումբ, ինչպես նաև ՀԱՊԿ-ի շրջանակներում ավելի գլոբալ է խնդիրը՝ օրինակ Թուրքիայից ահագնացող վտանգի կանխումը»։
