ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը գրում է․ «Զինված ուժերում հոգևոր ծառայությունը հսկայական դեր է ունեցել զորքերում բարոյահոգեբանական վիճակի, զինծառայողների միջև հարաբերությունների և ուսումնական-դաստիարակչական գործընթացների վրա։
Քաղաքական հաշվարկի և նեղ անձնական շահերից ու քինախնդրությունից ելնելով՝ բանակում այս ինստիտուտի կազմաքանդումը մեծ վնաս է հասցնելու զորքերում առկա մթնոլորտին, մարդկային փոխհարաբերություններին և, ըստ այդմ, մարտունակությանը։
Քիչ չեն մարդիկ, ովքեր ձգտում են պատմություն մտնել։ Ոմանք այդ նպատակին հասնում են, սակայն այլ է խնդիրը՝ հերոսի՞, թե՞ հակահերոսի կարգավիճակով։
