40 տարեկանում մարդիկ հասնում են բազմաթիվ բարձունքների՝ անձնական եւ գործնական ոլորտներում, սակայն առողջությունն այլեւս այն չէ։ Այս տարիքում կանանց մոտ հորմոնալ փոփոխություններ են սկսվում, որոնք բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ կարող են առաջացնել։ Տղամարդկանց մոտ մեծանում է սրտանոթային համակարգի խնդիրների ռիսկը։ Ահա այն ամենը, ինչի կարիքը մարդու օրգանիզմն ունենում է 40 տարեկանում։

Մագնիում՝ կա լոբու, սպանավի, հնդկահավի մսում։ Այն պաշտպանում է դիաբետից ու սրտի խնդիրներից։ K վիտամին՝ սպանախի, դդումի, կանաչ ոլոռի մեջ, անհրաժեշտ է ոսկորներին։ Е վիտամինն անհրաժեշտ է սեռական կյանքի բարելավման համար, այն ավելացնում է լիբիդոն։ Այն շատ է ընդեղենի մեջ։
Ֆոլիաթթու՝ մաղադանոս, կաղամբ շատ կերեք։ Կնոջ օրգանիզմին երկաթ է անհրաժեշտ, դրա պակասն առաջացնում է անեմիա։ Երկաթ պարունակում են տավարի միսը, հնդկաձավարը, բազուկը եւ այլն։ Տղամարդկանց համար անհրաժեշտ են հակաօքսիդանտ-վիտամիններ՝ А, С եւ Е։ В խմբի վիտամինները անհրաժեշտ են՝ սրտանոթային համակարգը պաշտպանելու համար։
