Տեղեկատվական անվտանգության ապահովումը դարձել է ազգային ինքնիշխանության մաս․ ՀԱՊԿ փոխքարտուղար

Ժամանակակից պայմաններում տեղեկատվական անվտանգության ապահովումը դարձել է ազգային ինքնիշխանության և գլոբալ կայունության անբաժանելի մասը։ Այդ մասին հայտարարել է ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի տեղակալ Վալերի Սեմերիկովը․
«ՀԱՊԿ-ն առաջնահերթ ուշադրություն է դարձնում այդ ուղղությանը՝ ակտիվորեն զարգացնելով հավաքական հիմքի վրա պաշտպանության մեխանիզմները։
2025 թվականի միջանկյալ արդյունքները վկայում են ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների տեղեկատվական տարածքի վրա բացասական ազդեցության ծավալների մասին։ Հայտնաբերվել և կասեցվել է ավելի քան 400 հազար կործանարար տեղեկատվական ռեսուրս: Հարուցվել է ավելի քան 300 հազար քրեական գործ, ավելի վաղ հարուցված գործերով դատապարտվել է ավելի քան 12 հազար անձ։ Մեր իրավական դաշտի ներդաշնակեցման կարևոր քայլ է դարձել տեղեկատվական անվտանգության մասին, կրիտիկական տեղեկատվական ենթակառուցվածքի անվտանգության մասին և տեղեկատվության պաշտպանության և կիբերանվտանգության մասինմոդելային օրենքների մշակումն ու ընդունումը:
Ղրղզստանում կազմակերպվել է կիբերանվտանգությանը նվիրված ՀԱՊԿ առաջին միջազգային համաժողովը, որի նյութերը թույլ կտան հստակ առաջնահերթություններ ձևակերպել մեր հետագա աշխատանքում:
Շնորհակալություն ենք հայտնում ազգային հետազոտական միջուկային համալսարանին, որի հիման վրա իրականացվում է ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների մասնագետների պրոֆիլային մասնագիտական վերապատրաստում և տեղեկատվական անվտանգության գծով որակավորման բարձրացում»,- նշել է նա:
