ՀՃՇ Շիրակի մարզային գրասենյակի ղեկավար` Սևակ Մարտիրոսյանի շնորհավորական ուղերձը` ՀՃՇ առաջնորդ գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանին.

Հայոց բանակի օրվա կապակցությամբ ընդունեք մեր խորին շնորհավորանքներն ու հարգանքի հավաստիքը։
 
Այս օրը առանձնահատուկ նշանակություն ունի մեր պետական և ազգային կյանքում, քանզի խորհրդանշում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի ձևավորումը, անցած դժվարին ուղին և այն պատասխանատվությունը, որը մշտապես կրում է բանակը՝ որպես պետականության հիմնասյուն և ազգային անվտանգության գլխավոր երաշխիք։
 
Հայոց բանակի կայացման և զարգացման գործընթացում նշանակալի դեր են ունեցել այն պետական և զինվորական գործիչները, ովքեր իրենց ծառայությունն ու փորձն են ներդրել բանակի կառավարման, կազմակերպչական ամրապնդման և մարտունակության բարձրացման գործում։ Ձեր գործունեությունն այս ճանապարհին հանդիսացել է պատասխանատու պետական ծառայության օրինակ՝ պայմանավորված ռազմական փորձով, կառավարման գիտակցված մոտեցմամբ և բանակի ինստիտուցիոնալ կարողությունների ամրապնդման ուղղվածությամբ։
 
Բանակը միայն զինված ուժերի համակարգ չէ։ Այն ազգային կամքի, կարգապահության, ծառայության և պատասխանատվության մարմնավորումն է։ Այդ արժեքների պահպանման և փոխանցման գործում կարևոր է յուրաքանչյուրի ներդրումը, ով իր ծառայությամբ նպաստել է պաշտպանական համակարգի կայացմանն ու շարունակականությանը։
 
Այս խորհրդանշական օրը մենք նաև խոնարհվում ենք բոլոր նրանց հիշատակի առաջ, ովքեր իրենց կյանքը զոհաբերել են հայրենիքի պաշտպանության ճանապարհին։ Նրանց սխրանքը մշտապես կմնա մեր ազգային հիշողության և պետական գիտակցության անբաժանելի մասը։
 
Թող Հայոց բանակը շարունակի զարգանալ՝ հիմնված մասնագիտական փորձի, կազմակերպվածության և պետական մտածողության վրա։ Թող զինվորական ծառայությունը մնա պատվաբեր և արժանապատիվ, իսկ բանակը՝ հասարակության վստահությունն ու համախմբումը կրող կառույց։
 
Այս առիթով մաղթում ենք Ձեզ առողջություն, կայունություն և հաջողություն՝ Ձեր հետագա գործունեության մեջ, ինչպես նաև ուժ և տոկունություն՝ պետական և ազգային շահերին ծառայելու ճանապարհին։
