20-րդ դարավերջի 90-ականների սկզբին՝ հայ ազգային - ազատագրական պայքարի թոհ ու բոհի մեջ ծնված Արցախյան հերոսամարտի ընթացքում, հայրենատեր Հայ ժողովուրդը ձևավորեց և ստեղծեց անկախ ու ինքնիշխան Հայաստանի Ազգային Բանակը, որը ստեղծման օրվանից վահան դարձավ՝ կռվելով թշնամիների դեմ, պաշտպանելով Հայոց Հայրենիքը:

ՀԱՅՈ՛Ց ԱԶԳԱՅԻՆ ԲԱՆԱԿ, ԴՈ՛ւ ես Հայոց Հայրենիքի սի՛րտն ու ազգային գենի գլխավոր զարկերա՛կը, Հայ ազգի մարտունակ Ոգու կենդանի վկայությո՛ւնը, հայրենի հողի պաշտպանության զե՛նքն ու զինվորագիր երդո՛ւմը, Հայի և Հայաստանի ո՛ւժն ու զորությո՛ւնը և անվտանգությո՛ւնն ու հուսալի թիկո՛ւնքը, Հայոց պետության լույսի տաճա՛րն ու ազգային ինքնության բացառիկ խորհրդանշա՛նը, համայն հայության անգերազանցելի հպարտությո՛ւնը, դարավոր ոսոխի մշտարթուն ա՛հն ու սարսա՛փը։

ՀԱՅՈ՛Ց ԱԶԳԱՅԻՆ ԲԱՆԱԿ, «Հայոց Արծիվներս» հպարտ ենք, որ մասնակիցն ու ուղեկիցն ենք Քո անցած փառավոր ճանապարհի: Մենք եղել ու մնալու ենք Քո երդվյալ զինվորը՝ միշտ Քո կողքին ( www.hayocartsivner.am )։

Խոնարհվում ենք Հայաստանի ու Արցախի պանթեոններում հանգչող բոլոր քաջերի հիշատակի առջև:
Երախտագիտության խոսք եմ ուղղում Հայոց սուրբ հողի պահապան զինվորներին, զինվորականներին, պայմանագրային զինծառայողներին, կամավորականներին, ովքեր, հավատալով ազգի ու հայրենի տան՝ Հայաստանի վաղվա օրվան և ցուցաբերելով արժանապատիվ հայրենատիրոջ հատկություններ՝ համարձակություն, ուժ և պատիվ, անառիկ են պահում Հայոց սահմանները:

ՀԱՅՈ՛Ց ԱԶԳԱՅԻՆ ԲԱՆԱԿ, թող որ յուրաքանչյուր հաղթանակդ այսուհետ լինի կատարյալ․ մաղթում ենք Քեզ անխոցելի ռազմավարություն, անսասան կարգապահություն, անսպառ դիմադրողականություն և անձնազոհություն։
