ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, «Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Սեյրան Օհանյանն ուղերձ է հղել Բանակի օրվա առթիվ։

«Հայկական բանակը ձևավորվել է մեզ պարտադրված պատերազմի, շրջափակման և աղետալի երկրաշարժի պայմաններում՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Արցախի Հանրապետության անկախության ու պետականության կայացմանը զուգահեռ։

Ծանրագույն, անհավասար և սրբազան ազատամարտում, հայ ժողովրդի միասնականության շնորհիվ, նա դարձել է հաղթանակած, այնուհետև նվիրական ծառայությամբ ճանաչվել տարածաշրջանում մրցունակ և միջազգային գործընկերների հետ փոխգործունակ։

Սակայն կամավորական, ֆիդայական տարանջատված ջոկատներից, զրոյից և մեծ դժվարություններով ստեղծված կանոնավոր բանակը 44-օրյա պատերազմի ժամանակ, անփորձ ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության անգործության և ժողովրդի միասնականության խաթարման հետևանքով, նորից վերածվեց կամավորականների խմբերի, ինչն էլ ազդեց մեր պարտությունների և դեռևս շարունակվող անհաջողությունների ընթացքի վրա։

Աներկբա է, որ բանակը եղել և մնում է մեր անվտանգության կարևոր երաշխավորը, տարածաշրջանում կայունության և խաղաղության ամրապնդման գործում որոշիչ դերակատարը և միշտ կմնա, առավել ևս հիմա՝ մեզ ուղղված սպառնալիքների պայմաններում։

Պետք է չխաբվենք Հայաստանում տիրող ժամանակավոր, թվացյալ խաղաղությամբ, այլ սթափ գնահատելով հակառակորդի մոլորեցնող, մեր զգոնությունը թուլացնող բացահայտ քայլերը՝ գործուն, արագընթաց միջոցներ ձեռնարկենք բանակի մարտունակությունը վերականգնելու ուղղությամբ։ Դա կարող է տեղի ունենալ միայն մեզ ուղղված մարտահրավերներին համահունչ կազմ հաստիքային և կառուցվածքային փոփոխություններով, ժամանակակից և հատուկ նշանակության նոր ստորաբաժանումների ձևավորմամբ ու արագ համալրմամբ։ Միևնույն ժամանակ անչափ կարևոր է ժամանակակից սպառազինության ձեռքբերմանը զուգահեռ դրանց կիրառման հմտություններին տիրապետելը, որը պետք է արտահայտվի ակտիվ մարտական պատրաստությամբ՝ սկսած ստորաբաժանումների ներդաշնակումով և դաշտային վարժվածությամբ, ավարտած խոշոր զորավարժություններով։

Ես հավատում եմ, որ Հայկական բանակը այն կառույցն է, որ կարող է պատշաճ ուշադրության պայմաններում ամենաարագը վերականգնել իր ուժն ու հեղինակությունը և հետագայում նույնպես պատվով ծառայել ու դիմակայել մարտահրավերներին։

Ի սրտե շնորհավորելով Հայկական բանակի կազմավորման տարեդարձը՝ մաղթում եմ բոլորին, հատկապես սահմանին կանգնած մեր հրամանատարներին, զինվորներին անվտանգ ծառայություն, բարձր մարտական ոգի և նոր ձեռքբերումներ հայրենիքի պաշտպանության սուրբ գործում։

Ինչպես ամեն օր, այնպես էլ այսօր, խոնարհվում և խնկարկում ենք մեր հերոս նահատակների հիշատակի ու սխրանքի առաջ։
