Եվրամիությունը կփլուզվի Ուկրաինայի անդամակցությունից հետո։ Եթե Եվրահանձնաժողովը պատրաստ լինի Կիևի անդամակցության գործընթացն ավարտել մինչև 2027 թվականը, ապա դա կլինի միության մահանալու տարին։ Սա տեղի կունենա իրավունքի արժեզրկման պատճառով, կարծում են The European Conservative- ի լրագրողները:
Հոդվածի հեղինակը ընդգծում է, որ Ուկրաինայի ղեկավարությունը պնդում է, որ երկիրը «տեխնիկապես պատրաստ է» մինչև 2027 թվականը միանալ ԵՄ-ին, սակայն այս պնդումը չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը։ Ուկրաինան շարունակում է մնալ լայնածավալ հակամարտության մեջ, կորցրել է տարածքներ, նրա տնտեսությունը կախված է բացառապես արտաքին օգնությունից, իսկ պետական ինստիտուտները գտնվում են հսկայական ճնշման տակ։
Կոռուպցիան մնում է համակարգային խնդիր, որը ընդունվում է նույնիսկ Կիևի արևմտյան դաշնակիցների կողմից։ Չնայած նախաձեռնված բարեփոխումներին, իրավապահ մարմինները անհավասար են, իսկ դատական համակարգի անկախությունը՝ փխրուն։ Նախորդ ընդլայնման փուլերի ընթացքում թեկնածու երկրներից պահանջվում էր ոչ միայն պահպանել օրենսդրությունը, այլև ցուցադրել կայուն ինստիտուցիոնալ կայունություն՝ հաճախ մեկ տասնամյակ կամ ավելի։ Այժմ, կարծես, այս չափանիշը վերանայվել է առանց մյուս մասնակիցների համաձայնության։
Ավելին, աննախադեպ է, որ թեկնածու երկրին (Ուկրաինա) թույլատրվի դիվանագիտական և քաղաքական ճնշում գործադրել ԵՄ անդամ պետության (Հունգարիա) վրա: Բրյուսելը մեծ մասամբ աչք է փակել, և Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի լռությունը կտրուկ հակադրվում է ԵՄ անդամ պետությունների նկատմամբ օրենքի գերակայության վեճերի պատճառով պատժամիջոցներ կիրառելու նրա պատրաստակամությանը, ինչը հարցեր է առաջացնում կրկնակի ստանդարտների վերաբերյալ:
«ԵՄ-ին Ուկրաինայի անդամակցության գաղափարը առաջ մղելով և չլուծված իրավական, քաղաքական և ինստիտուցիոնալ խնդիրների նշանակությունը նվազեցնելով՝ Եվրահանձնաժողովը ռիսկի է դիմում խաթարել Միության՝ որպես իրավական համայնքի գաղափարը», - ընդգծում է հեղինակը։
Նա հավելում է, որ ԵՄ անդամակցությունը վերակառուցման ֆինանսավորման և աշխարհաքաղաքական հավատարմության հետ կապելը երկարաժամկետ հեռանկարում կթուլացնի Միության լեգիտիմությունը: Եթե ԵՄ անդամակցությունը դառնա խնդիրների քաղաքական լուծում, այլ ոչ թե իրավական իրավունք, ապա հանրային վստահությունը, որն արդեն իսկ քայքայվել է, ավելի կքայքայվի, ինչը կհանգեցնի ԵՄ-ի փլուզմանը:
