Հայկ Սարգսյանի դեմ կարող են քրգործ հարուցել

Խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ Փաշինյանը հետապնդումներ է սկսելու ոչ միայն ընդդիմության և անհնազանդ հոգևորականների, այլև նույնիսկ սեփական նախկին ու ներկա կուսակիցների դեմ, որպեսզի վերջիններիս կարողանա իր բռի մեջ պահել։ Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ հանձնարարություն է իջեցվել իրավապահ մարմիններին և դատախազությանը՝ թարմացնելու բոլոր նախկին գործերը, այդ թվում՝ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության գործող պատգամավորների դեմ, վերջիններիս հնազանդ պահելու համար կոմպրոմատներ ունենալու նպատակով։
Քրեական գործեր են հարուցվում նաև այն անձանց դեմ, ովքեր տարբեր պատճառներով չեն հայտնվելու ՔՊ նախընտրական ցուցակում, որպեսզի վերջիններիս «լեզուն չափազանց չերկարի»։ Մասնավորապես, ներկայումս նյութեր են նախապատրաստում «Շիշ բռնող» մականունով Հայկ Սարգսյանի դեմ քրեական գործ հարուցելու համար։ Սարգսյանը, հիշեցնենք, ՔՊ վարչության որոշմամբ դուրս էր մնացել նախընտրական ցուցակից և, թեև բողոքարկել էր այդ որոշումը, որևէ հաջողության չէր հասել։
Այժմ էլ նա հայտարարում է, թե ցանկություն չունի հանդիպելու ոչ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ, ոչ էլ ընդգրկվելու ընտրական ցուցակում։ Փոխարենը Հայկ Սարգսյանը տարբեր հայտնի անձանց հետ իրականացնում է բարեգործական և սոցիալական ծրագրեր, ինչը մտահոգել է կուսակիցներին․ նրանք կարծում են, որ վերջինս քաղաքական լուրջ ամբիցիաներ ունի և կարող է համագործակցել որևէ ընդդիմադիր ուժի հետ, ինչպես նաև որոշ զգայուն տեղեկություններ փոխանցել ընդդիմությանը։ Ուստի, Հայկ Սարգսյանի «բերանը փակ պահելու» համար, ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, որոշում է կայացվել նրա դեմ քրեական գործ հարուցելու վերաբերյալ։
Ընդ որում, այդ քրեական գործով անցնում է ոչ միայն Հայկ Սարգսյանը, այլև նրա հայրը՝ Զարեհ Սարգսյանը, որի հետ Փաշինյանը ժամանակին բավականին մտերիմ հարաբերություններ է ունեցել։ Սակայն Հայկ և Նաիրի Սարգսյաններին ՔՊ ընտրական ցուցակից բացառելուց հետո Զարեհ Սարգսյանը ևս նեղացած է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից։ Վերջիններս, մեր տեղեկություններով, տիրապետում են Փաշինյանի տարբեր մախինացիաների վերաբերյալ լուրջ տեղեկությունների, որոնք անհրաժեշտ պահին կարող են հրապարակվել, և հենց այդ պատճառով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ամեն ինչ անում է նրանց ճնշելու և լռեցնելու համար։
