Իրաքը պատրաստվում է դատական կարգով հետապնդել Սիրիայից տեղափոխվող ԻԳԻԼ-ի զինյալներին

Բաղդադը դատական կարգով հետապնդելու է «Իսլամական պետություն» խմբավորման զինյալներին, որոնք տեղափոխվում են հարևան Սիրիայի բանտերից և ժամանակավոր պահման ճամբարներից դեպի Իրաք՝ ԱՄՆ-ի միջնորդությամբ կնքված գործարքի շրջանակում, հաղորդում է Associated Press-ը՝ հղում անելով երկրի բարձրագույն դատական մարմնի հայտարարությանը։
Ավելի վաղ տեղի էր ունեցել անվտանգության ծառայությունների և քաղաքական շրջանակների բարձր մակարդակի ներկայացուցիչների հանդիպում, որտեղ քննարկվել էր մոտ 9000 ԻՊ բանտարկյալների շարունակական փոխանցման հարցը, որոնք պահվում էին Սիրիայում՝ զինյալների խմբավորման 2019 թ․ կործանումից ի վեր։
Նրանց տեղափոխման անհրաժեշտությունը առաջացավ այն բանից հետո, երբ անցած ամիս Սիրիայի նորաստեղծ կառավարական ուժերը ջախջախեցին Սիրիայի քրդերի գլխավորած զինյալներին, որոնք ժամանակին ԱՄՆ-ի գլխավոր դաշնակիցներն էին ԻՊ-ի դեմ պայքարում, և դուրս մղեցին նրանց հյուսիսարևելյան Սիրիայի այն տարածքներից, որոնք նրանք վերահսկում էին տարիներ շարունակ և որտեղ պահում էին ԻՊ բանտարկյալներին։
Սիրիական զորքերը գրավեցին Ալ-Հոլի լայնածավալ ճամբարը, որտեղ ապրում էին հազարավոր մարդիկ՝ հիմնականում ԻՊ զինյալների ընտանիքները, քրդերի գլխավորած ուժերի հսկողությամբ, որոնք դուրս էին բերվել հրադադարի համաձայնագրի շրջանակում։ Անցած երկուշաբթի զորքերը վերահսկողության տակ վերցրին նաև հյուսիսարևելյան Շադադե քաղաքում գտնվող բանտը, որտեղից մարտական գործողությունների ընթացքում մի քանի ԻՊ բանտարկյալներ փախել էին։
Ավելի ուշ Սիրիայի պետական լրատվամիջոցները հաղորդեցին, որ նրանցից շատերը ձերբակալվել են։ Սիրիական բանակի և քրդերի գլխավորած Սիրիական ժողովրդավարական ուժերի (ՍԺՈւ) միջև բախումները առաջացրել են մտահոգություն, որ ԻՊ-ն կարող է ակտիվացնել իր «քնած բջիջները» այդ տարածքներում և որ ԻՊ բանտարկյալները կարող են փախչել։ Սիրիայի կառավարությունը, համաձայն քրդերի հետ նախնական պայմանավորվածության, հայտարարել է, որ կստանձնի ԻՊ գերիների պատասխանատվությունը։
Բաղդադը հատկապես մտահոգված է, որ փախած ԻՊ բանտարկյալները կարող են վերախմբավորվել և սպառնալ Իրաքի անվտանգությանը և նրա լայնածավալ սիրիա-իրաքյան սահմանին։
