Աշխարհի ամենամեծ քիմիական BASF կոնցեռնը ԳԴՀ-ից փոխհատուցում է ստացել՝ ՌԴ-ում կորուստների համար

Աշխարհի ամենամեծ քիմիական կոնցեռնը՝ BASF-ը, որի գլխավոր գրասենյակը գտնվում է Գերմանիայի Լյուդվիգսհաֆեն քաղաքում, ստացել է փոխհատուցման առաջին վճարումները Գերմանիայի կառավարության կողմից՝ Ռուսաստանում ակտիվների կորուստների համար, հաղորդում է գերմանական Handelsblatt թերթը։
Բազմամիլիոնանոց վճարումները կոնցեռնին կատարվում են Գերմանիայի իշխանությունների կողմից ավելի վաղ տրված խոստման հիման վրա՝ ապահովագրել ներդրումները ՌԴ-ում, նշում է պարբերականը։
Handelsblatt-ի աղբյուրների տվյալներով,2025 թվականի երրորդ եռամսյակում BASF-ը ստացել է 229 միլիոն եվրո Գերմանիայի պետական բյուջեից։ Չորրորդ եռամսյակում հետևել են լրացուցիչ վճարումներ՝ անհայտ չափով։ BASF-ի փոխհատուցումների մասին ավելի մանրամասն պետք է հայտնի դառնա տարեկան հաշվետվության հրապարակման ժամանակ՝ փետրվարի վերջին։ Կոնցեռնը չի ցանկացել մանրամասն մեկնաբանել տեղի ունեցածը, սակայն հաստատել է «պետական երաշխիքների շնորհիվ ստացված փոխհատուցումների» փաստը։
Ինչպես հաղորդում է Deutsche Welle-ն, BASF-ը տասնամյակներ շարունակ զարգացրել է բիզնեսը Ռուսաստանում և Բելառուսում, սակայն դադարեցրել է գործունեությունը այդ երկրներում՝ Ուկրաինայի պատերազմի պատճառով։
Wintershall Dea նավթագազային ընկերությունը (BASF-ի դուստր ձեռնարկություն) պատերազմի նախօրեին ակտիվորեն ներդրումներ էր կատարում ռուսաստանյան նախագծերում։ 2016 թվականին Գերմանիայի կառավարությունը, որը այդ ժամանակ կոչ էր անում գերմանական բիզնեսին էներգետիկ համագործակցություն հաստատել Ռուսաստանի հետ, BASF-ին տրամադրել էր պետական երաշխիքներ նման ներդրումների համար։
ՌԴ-ի ներխուժումից հետո Ուկրաինա և BASF-ի՝ Ռուսաստանից դուրս գալու հայտարարություններից հետո, ռուսաստանյան իշխանությունները աստիճանաբար Wintershall Dea-ի ակտիվները փոխանցել են պետական վերահսկողության տակ։ Գերմանական կոնցեռնը տեղի ունեցածը անվանել է «դե ֆակտո էքսպրոպրիացիա»։ Ըստ նրա գնահատականի, սա ապահովագրում է ենթադրում։
Ուկրաինայի պատերազմից շատ առաջ BASF-ը և նրա «դուստր» Wintershall Dea-ն համարվում էին «Գազպրոմ»-ի շահերի ամենաակտիվ լոբբիստներից Գերմանիայում։ Գերմանական հսկան գազ էր ստանում անմիջապես ռուսաստանյան պետական կոնցեռնից և, ի թիվս այլ ծրագրերի, խթանում էր «Հյուսիսային հոսքերի» կառուցումը։ BASF-ի նախկին գլխավոր տնօրեն Յուրգեն Համբրեխտը մասնակցել է Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ հանդիպումներին։
