Կիլիկիա Հայաստանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Թուրքիայի ներքին գործերի նախարար Էֆքան Էլանը հայտարարել է ,որ փետրվարի 11-ին ավարտվել է Ջիզրե և Սուր քաղաքների պարետային ժամը և երկու քաղաքներն ամբողջությամբ անցել են թուրքական բանակի վերահսկողության տակ:

Սակայն ես սա դիտարկում եմ գարնանը սպասվող նոր ավելի թեժացող հակամարտության սկիզբ, սա մի տեսակ համարում թայմ աութ վիճակ:

Ըստ պաշտոնական տվյալների , որոնք ի դեպ գաղտնի են պահվում, 2015թ. դեկտեմբերի 15-ից մինչև 2016թ. փետրվարի 11-ը Թուրքիայի հարավ-արևելյան նահանգներում, մասնավորապես Շըրնաքում, Մարդինում ,Հաքքարիում, Դիարբեքիորւմ և Վանում , զոհվել է թուրքական բանակի 800 զինվոր: Սա աննախադեպ թիվ է Թուրքիայի պատմության մեջ, ռազմական հեղաշրջումից ի վեր: Ներքին գործերի նախարարի հայտարարությունն այն մասին, որ քաղաքներն անցել են իրենց վերահսկողության տակ, ընդամենը ունի քարոզչական բնույթ: Իրականում Ջիզրեն դեռևս գտնվում է PKK-ի ձեռքում, իսկ Սուրում դեռևս հարձակումներ են իրականացվում ինչպես թուրքական անվտանգության ուժերի վրա, այնպես էլ կոնկրետ պետական վարչական շենքերի վրա: Իսկ պարետային ժամի ավարտի մասին պաշտոնական հայտարարությունը նույնպես չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը:

Արդեն 80 օր է ինչ պարետային ժամ է Ջիզրեյում, սա ենթադրում է մարդու իրավունքների կոպիտ խախտում, արդեն մի խումբ իրավաբաններ դիմել են ՄԱԿ-ին Թուրքիայում մարդու իրավունքների խախտման փաստի վերաբերյալ միջազգային հետաքննություն անցկացնելու համար: Թուրքիան փորձ է անում, որոշիակորեն օրինական դաշտ բերել իր գործողությունները, սակայն դա նրան կարծես թե չի հաջողվում: Արդեն ՄԱԿ-ին է ներկայացվել Ջիզրեյում պարետային ժամ ռեժիմի ընթացքում զոհված թվով ավելի քան 300 մարդու ցուցակ, որն էլ իր հերթին լուրջ խնդիրներ կառաջացնի Թուրքիայի համար միջազգային արենայում:
